i started living in this hotel in 2020 and then there was no problem with cleaning etc. suddenly in 2023 there are big problems about plates left in the kitchen. sending photos to a company with worms that we allegedly imported. chickens running around the rooms (I have photos for example), emails sent by the owner to our company and insulting residents from pigs and the like. there is a risk that the owner, after reading this opinion, will start a war with our company, but we will not let her offend us without any justification. I do not recommend

Katastrofa

We booked 3 rooms for our stay for Oktoberfest. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Claudia on reception. Location a distance away from Munich but we were given great directions on how and where to go. And public transport was very reasonably priced. A group ticket cost around €24 For up to 5 adults Or 1adult and 8 kids and can be used for buses and trains etc. Theres a supermarket and beer shop within 2 mins walk from the hotel. Theres free Wifi for guests. Rooms clean and spacious. Would Definitely Book Again. Good Value For money.

Perfect for our group

This hotel is not for women in the area, it's full of brothels or something like that. If you have to stay there alone for a long time, I don't want to know what the gentlemen are calling you when you're a guest at the nightclubs.

It's disgusting.

No reception after 6 p.m., please notify and pick up the keys in a code lock at the entrance. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The hotel is in an industrial area, nestled between two (legal) prostitution establishments, but fortunately close to a metro station and the Munich convention centre.

The strict minimum in a questionable neighborhood

Cheap but unhygienic. Kitchen not cleaned and from the fridge a very unpleasant smell. Rooms very hot, no air conditioning. In the rooms are carpet floors with the most diverse stains.

Good but dirty

Rooms are acceptable for 1 or 2 nights, the environment is unsatisfactory, no breakfast, door is open, front door and hallway from 6am to 2am, dining room shower and toilet, new TV didn't work for 2 days.

Accommodation for Eastern European construction columns

It's a pretty ugly feeling - the tiny rooms and the shower rooms, the big, unwashed kitchen with lots of dirty dishes and fridges. The crowd is crowded, very noisy. The location on the outskirts can be described as the street of red lights - around a brothel and far from the shops.

We spent one night at the Carl Pension on the occasion of a very short weekend in Munich. Nothing to say as quality/price: clean and sufficiently spacious rooms. We, having to stop for one night, booked 2 rooms with common bathroom. This last one is also modest...clean and above all warm (due to the cold it was in Munich).

Touch and Run

Stayed in a hostel last year. Fulfilled kind and friendly hostess. Take double rooms. On 2 bathrooms/shower and toilet, a large kitchen and 4 rooms. Enter the keys to the building and rooms floors. the reception area of the hostel, the hostess is in another hostel. Room clean, comfortable, nothing superfluous. 6 minutes' walk to the metro station. Left striptease, right brothel.

There's a comunal kitchen and fridge that get cleaned out once(?) so your stuff might get thrown out if you dont read the fridge door. The owner is a great guy, the location is out of the way, but not too bad if you understand the metro. When first arriving to the hostel we walked by because it looks like an industrial building, very strange, we had to click a buzzer and find a key..  a few doors down from the hostel theres some sort of a strip club, not advertised strip club but its very noticeable that those sorts of things happen there...
the price of this place is good, its clean, there's a tv, its all there. if you dont mind the commute, its all good!
