We have returned to this hotel for the second year in a row and our experience has been positive.

Happy holiday on the Polsa Snow

We returned to spend the Christmas holidays in this property where we had been before and we always found ourselves very well. In addition to the size of the rooms (real and own apartments), the convenience is that it is located directly on the slopes.

Holidays in the snow

I stayed with my family in this property for 4 nights and we had a very good time. We were assigned a small Bilocale apartment perfect for 4 people. Owner and staff were very kind. We chose a half boarding treatment. Excellent breakfast and dinners with plenty of room and well cooked. Ideal for skiing: 50 meters away you are already on the ski slopes leading to the school camp. When we returned from the slopes we took advantage of the wellness centre with a small swimming pool and water massage.

What a wonderful experience!

We booked a few days in this hotel thanks to a cheap travel package with half board, entrance to the spa and relaxation massage. What to say? We had to re-evaluate immediately, we were really good. The spa because of the covid must be booked and use is exclusive for one hour. The meals included typical dishes and were tasty. The road to the hotel is all curved and gives a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape that during the autumn is particularly charming. The lady who welcomed us very kind and available. A vacation made bad by the very rude and rude staff, and in the hall we found a mouse roaming around the hotel, which I highly recommend not to anyone given the very poor quality food.

Malpractice and lack of hygiene

So, let's start by saying that they don't give food, almost zero portions. Last night I was walking down the hall and I found a very large mouse walking under my feet. The really bad service staff threw tomato pens at me and didn't apologize. In the morning I come back from my walk and I'm missing 15 euros really unacceptable. I highly recommend this hotel for mountain vacation.

I came here with my soccer team, we're 25 guys and three coaches... at a modest price we were dealt with the velvet gloves and we got all the facilities in the facility.

I stayed at this place the first week of August because advised by a friend on my arrival I waited almost an hour for check-in it was 1:00... they presented me with an accommodation that was everything except what I asked for by email after another hour they offered me to go to the hotel or to stay there and have the full pension I chose the first solution but it wasn't so perfect breakfast and dinner at the pizzeria outside the hotel when they had an indoor dining room the choice for breakfast was really poor and cmq you always had to ask if you wanted something else... to be honest they gave me a little discount at the end of the seats but I was waiting for something better from this structure... not all the staff was at the height of the situation to say so....

Unexpected

Residence for families really cozy.I have two children 7 and 2 years old and I found the structure suitable in winter for those who want to ski in all comfort.you go out with your walking boots and in 20 meters you get to the track!comfortable to reach both by skiing and by car the Polsa square where you find the main rental shops Sky pass etc..Courable staff and beautiful large apartments with more dining rooms available.I also noticed the outdoor houses and camper spaces very functional.in the indoor swimming pool to be refurbished but functional especially for children after a day on the snow!Pizza also present hydromass and sauna.Super abundant food,for children I recommend to reduce the portions!The quality is very good and every morning comes a very different ratio that varies every day at the best price and the quality of the pizza is definitely the same as the next time!

Perfect stay in the snow!

We stayed in this residence for a long weekend, from Saturday to Monday. The room was given to us right away and it was not only very large, very clean. Maybe some of the furniture has some small defect (broken grapefruit) but overall nothing to say. The Relax space, swimming pool and hot tub, although it is very small, is really pleasant and, like the rooms, very clean. The food is great and abundant so much that we asked to reduce the portions so as not to waste food. The dishes besides the good ones were really well taken care of and presented very well. The maid was very kind and attentive to the requests. No problem check-in. We will definitely be back.
