Our stay in the RADLSEE apartment was pleasant all around. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, the kindness of the rental family and the generous holiday apartment. In addition, the own parking space and the good bus connection were another plus. We can only warmly recommend the holiday apartment.

A wonderful stay in a generous and clean apartment.

On the ground floor there are always the owners' apartments, while on the second and third floors there are the rental apartments. The apartments are all furnished in a modern and functional style, all benefit from balconies and are very spacious as well as bright. They present a different atmosphere depending on the needs. The structure  a newly built private dwelling  develops on three floors. A second home

New and very clean apartment in the small village of Albeins, at the gates of Bressanone, close to the highway and the motorway, the gentle and available owner and the average prices, we were provided with a Brixen card with a very useful head to visit free of charge many museums, castles, the Plose Finuvia, the swimming pool...

A pleasant vacation

Albes is a beautiful village, in an excellent location. Beautiful apartment, spacious spaces, especially beautiful terrace, very nice owners: everything as described!!! Recommended for travel in any season

All right, all right.

We stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed ourselves, the place, the apartment and the kindness of the owners filled our hearts. The apartment is simple, but modern and clean and I can finally say that I slept like an angel in a perfectly soundproofed room. The village is delicious and very close to the charming center of Bressanone which at Christmas brings out a unique magic. The beautiful mountains, the excellent location that in two days allowed us to visit Bressanone, Merano, Vipiteno and Bolzano, two delicious and super available people welcomed us into a family atmosphere like home.

Relax and courtesy

Very nice holiday apartments (I was now in two different), cozy and furnished in a modern, South Tyrolean style. Very loving and helpful host; you feel comfortable and welcome immediately. Ideal location for guests looking for a break as a couple, with friends, family or alone. Just a few minutes drive from Brixen and the valley station Plose. In Klausen or Bozen you are also very fast. Absolutely recommended:-) 

A great stay.

We had the holiday apartment Albeins at the Mittermoarhof in September 2019. Our verdict for this holiday apartment is - NEVER again. The holiday apartment is absolutely overpriced. No washing machine should be available, at a price of 104,- € per day. The main reason is the lack of cleanliness. In the shower black mold. On the sofa a lot of dog hair. Although the owners immediately removed the dog hair.

Once and never again

I would never have expected such a beautiful location, even if the reviews said so. First of all, the village of Albes is really nice, secluded, very orderly and close to the centre of Bressanone, with all the fruits, really scenic. The owner was very kind, always available and smiling, the place was recently renovated, it's all new and very comfortable to stay. Large spaces and a beautiful view from the windows, there are all the amenities in the apartment, maybe the only thing I do is for the pots, maybe some more would not be bad, but nothing bad. The price is for what it offers, we were really good and I will definitely come back if I find another place. The owner has also made a gift, an experience advice to all of us.

Hospitality and spectacular locations!

The apartment, which is located in a fraction of Bressanone (its center is 6/7 km away), is very recently built, functional and well maintained. I asked to be able to occupy the larger Brixen apartment and since it was available, we were satisfied. The apartment consists of a large living room with a cooking corner, two spacious double rooms and a master bathroom. The Brixen apartment is equipped with a huge terrace and is mostly furnished, thus becoming a plus for anyone who chooses to stay at the hotel. Everything is very clean and clean.

A pleasant discovery

I stayed with my family for 4 nights on the last horse of the year. Very well maintained and equipped with every comfort. Very spacious living room kitchen with balcony, good size bedroom and very cozy bathroom. The owner Michael is friendly and always present (without ever being invasive). The village is very characteristic and is an excellent location to visit the area or go skiing.
