Located right on the sidewalk, the room was clean, big and had a small balcony. The bathroom was clean, but it was already years old. Unfortunately, when we booked an overnight stay with breakfast, there is no opportunity to eat at the hotel. On foot there is pizza and burgers, delicious and large portions in a motorcycle bar. The breakfast was okay, but it looks like a mass meal, the staff could be a little more friendly. The beds were no good for us, mattresses are by- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

For the passage right now okay

There are things about the tradition of these places that for a southerner may seem out of place. All the woodwork in the beautiful view, too many family photos, the inability to understand this language and certain other small details that are not worth listing. For everything else related to hospitality, comfort, cleaning and cooking you can't say anything. Perfect room, immaculate services. Some doubts about buffet meals during the pandemic. Historic hotel, panoramic view and silence. Good parking. Only 4 km from the center. If you have a shuttle service to Vipiteno country, you will be promoted to the Olympics.

But everything works.

The hotel deserves a high rating for its service, staff availability and good and abundant local food. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The property is located in an area that allows you to move and visit other mountain resorts.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean room. I didn't like the restaurant service.. full-time covid buffet service, breakfast and dinner, with shared use of buffet service rooms. At other times I wouldn't have valued these attentions for guests, but in covid period yes!!

We were very good... spacious rooms equipped and above all clean... idem for the dining room... the only sin... the cups of the past hurriedly underwater and put on the coffee machine...

On the way back, we booked a night at the Hotel Saxl, very friendly staff, nice large rooms with a balcony with a round arch, and a beautiful view of the mountains.

I stayed in a group in this hotel. From the outside the hotel is nice even away from the residential center. The room assigned to me was number 202. Medium size with nice view, small bathroom. As soon as I entered I noticed that the cleaning was not the best as I found the toilet paper already open, hair in the sink and toothpaste stains. The excellent Wi-Fi in all points of the venue. As for the staff nothing exceptional, friendly and available. The breakfast buffet is scarce: not very sweet, cornets not good; cold drinks like juice if finished were not immediately replaced. As for the buffet is instead distributed to the buffet. A first, two second buffets and dinners, nothing but exception.

More Can Be Done

We stayed for four days with friends in a great hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms, breakfast and dinner more than satisfactory, very kind and available staff, very spacious common areas, excellent quality price ratio, cleanliness 10.

Very friendly and welcoming. The food is very luxurious, varied and very tasty. The rooms are spacious and functional. There is a short walk to public transport. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can recommend the hotel. We would love to come back.

Accommodation during the Biathlon World Cup

The hotel has beautiful rooms with a great view of the mountains. It is well maintained and the family is incredibly hospitable. You are warmly welcomed and the food is an absolute dream! Anytime again. Tip Top!
