I was there right after New Year's, I booked with the intention of staying 5 nights but after the first one I ran away! small bedroom, not a bottle of water, untouchable TV remote and unreadable because dirty and ointment!

absolutely insufficient

We stayed at the end of 2022 and we found ourselves very nice everything very clean in the b&b and then at the Restaurant we ate very nice ravioli the top lady who did everything very very very nice and available!!!

Placed with a view of the mountains

I ate at the Le Rose restaurant with friends. Really a surprise!!! It is a small restaurant located in Carzano in Valsugana, exposed to the south with a beautiful view of the mountain range of Ortigara and Cima XII. Really a surprise because, while being family-run, the service environment and the quality of the kitchen are at high levels of catering. We ate a fish-based menu (speciality of the house), starting with sword and salmon deliciously and gently smoked at home, continuing with other snacks always based on fish.

Unexpected Surprise

We had a fish-based lunch, which was great and I would say one of the best restaurants I know.

Other, not further worked than cut

We were Rita and Gianni's guests for 8 nights, they were supposed to be 6 but we decided to extend the vacation so much Rita and her husband treated us well. We start with the room bistrate by a review I would call almost defamatory. I have light sleep and I have NOT heard the noise of the mentioned external unit. The mini apartment assigned to us by Rita proved very comfortable and versatile as well as having a refrigerator as very clean with the possibility of breakfast and dinner in the dedicated suck. Also the very wide appetizer offers a great view on the tops of the Valsera. I try to specify that the 2 Rose is not guests but rather guests and according to any request and offerings are taken with maximum quality of the breakfast and the confectionary.

Professionalism, cleanliness, hospitality and great food.

We stayed in this peaceful oasis. Our room had a view of the beautiful valley and it doesn't happen every day. First of all, we had a great rest, Mrs. Rita welcomed us with great professionalism and kindness, a new and very clean room, furnished with taste. Next to the bathroom a door for a space dedicated to the wardrobe and we found it very nice and useful. The dinner was delicious and we will recommend to all our friends Le Rose.

Oasis of peace

The bathroom on the ground floor is made from the interior of the owners' apartment, not particularly spacious, furnished with kitsch taste, and a bit asphitic. But so far patience: the problem is that from the outer wall of the upper floor comes out a thing covered with wooden panels that looks like the engine of an air conditioner for that floor that maybe, if it's not too hot, at night could also be turned off by the owners.

We came here for a weekend only, and we received the best welcome we could ever get. The hosts are so kind and willing to talk to you and serve you the best way they could; food is simply delicious and local and our little bungalows were cosy and perfect for 2 couples.
The view of the mountains and the valleys is breathtaking and, last but not least, there is an amazing garden at the back with all sort of fruit trees and vegetables.
Highly recommended!

Perfetto / Perfect stay

We went to this restaurant for Easter lunch I must say we were very pleased with everything, and I have to congratulate you on having made a great gluten-free lunch for my daughter who is celiac too. I would definitely recommend you all try this place.

Guests and friends were advised by Mrs. Rita, who is always attentive to remembering the tastes of her customers, suggested an excellent and well-structured tasting menu. Due to the allergy to the crustaceans of one of our friends, all the dishes have been processed in order to diversify and make each dish tasty and refined. Dulcis in fondus, literally and in fact, the pudding blown with cream from the Grand Marnier...to lick your mustache!!!!!
