If you want to relax in a 600-hectare estate to hear the singing of birds, stand in front of a burning chimney this is the ideal place. excellent landlords Sandro and Mariarita can give you directions on places to see and where to eat.

One place!

It's a lovely place, a huge estate, where you can meet capriolies, beautiful apartments, with huge lounges, suitable for small groups of friends who like to share even short vacations together.

Fantastic property, full of history and enchanting landscapes

We had a lovely and relaxing week at Le Coste. The setting was extremely peaceful and the accommodation very comfortable. There was plenty of space in which to relax  and we hardly saw the other guests. The pool and table tennis were a big hit with the whole family. 

Our hosts were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Always happy to provide advice on where to visit, shop, park etc. 

We would happily visit again. 

Lovely. Quiet Week

We stayed in this wonderful green property during the last week of June. Courteous staff, attentive to every customer's needs. Beautiful swimming pools with breathtaking views! Stunning location two steps from small villages absolutely worth visiting. Excellent quality price ratio!!

Real relaxation

I've been coming here with my family for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. A mail-order location for relaxing, visiting so many beautiful places nearby, swimming in the pools and enjoying the nature around you.

It's not working.

As facilities they are very beautiful, but the toilets sometimes don't work, especially the hot water in winter... it's not very nice to take a cold shower when it snows outside... but otherwise I can say it's a quiet, very special place.

Beautiful buildings but not well maintained

Stayed at apartment at main house. Hot water and toilet didn't work at first few days. No right set of kitchenware to host 10 people.  The first week was nice. Second week we were bullied out of the apartment by other guests. Had to stay in another apartment to feel safe again. Owner could not and did not stand up to these people that really ruled the grounds. Frightening experience.

If only they cared more

We booked a 'palazzo' for 1200€ for 1 week. For this huge amount of money you would expect a dream stay. Unfortunately we got a dirty and smelly apartment without any comfort, poor kitchen, poor bathroom, poor couch, poor beds, etc... The place was so dirty (lots of dust and dead insects everywhere) that we left after 3 days. For half of the price of this agriturismo you can get much better value for money in the same region.

When we later on confronted the owner with our findings, he promised to reimburse our money. However, this did not happen and after several email back-and-forth the owner claimed that he did pay the money, we placed dead insects in the rooms ourselves and that he would file a complaint against us.
