A dated structure run by an association, rooms sufficiently clean but with flaws in maintenance, good catering service but poorly prepared room staff. Difficulty in requesting alternative meals for intolerant people. Good price, but they should improve the maintenance of the structure and above all the room service.

Clean rooms, cozy house, discreet organization, and overall we had a nice week, so I recommend you don't ask the chef for a blank pasta unless you want to eat tomorrow morning.

This house is not a hotel

We have returned to the Casa Terrecomuni after 5 years. We confirm everything. The management is a cooperative-family-association style in which the client is first a guest and then a traveler. Clean rooms, very spacious and warm. The clientele is always very young and normally made up of sports associations or schools. Good quality/price ratio. You are a little out of the main tourist locations (Pinzolo/Madonna di Campiglio). Spartan furniture but functional! Modern structure. The dining room would deserve a more alpine touch. Present parking. Satisfied as 5 years ago!

It's the best place for groups of PEOPLE. They have some really good staff working in here and the food is excellent. Btw. you would be surprised by the view and even the dog that visits Cassa Terre Comuni somedays, I named him Mateo. Big thanks from Romania.

I stayed 10 days in this hotel in July 2017, on a trip with a group of boys!!! The hotel is clean and quiet, rooms are spacious and clean! The kitchen is VERY OTTELY!!! Everything is quality and cooked by art!!! I who suffer from digestive problems have spent days without touching medicines!!! SPECTACOLO!!!

Quiet and relaxing place with great food and fantastic staff!!!

I stayed in this property in December 2017, location with simple furnishings but at the same time in line with the style of the mountain. Good food, optimal location a few km from the ski facilities of Pinzolo and Campiglio, very close to the Falls of Val Genoa and many other wonderful destinations. If you do not want to eat in the hotel always in the vicinity you can find various excellent restaurants.

Location accommodating excellent cleaning and good thirty-something cuisine located on the road that leads from Tione to Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. Quiet location at a very favorable price in a point of the valley from where you can move with extreme ease to visit the countless enchanting places.

RELAX

Hotel in Pinzolo for Ferragosto, so we are looking for a hotel to book nearby. The requested price left assuming an accommodation perhaps sacrificed, instead we found for a family of 2 adults and two children a large environment, with two communicating rooms. The place is only 8 km from Pinzolo, which is reached in 15 minutes maximum, in the vicinity there is a nice park to walk, but being out of hand, there is little more than the accommodation was dignified, if just you have to make an observation, this is about the menu, which does not plan to install. But sincerely at the price paid you can not have big claims.

Quiet place at low prices

I have just returned from 4 days ago in Trentino with my family. Casa Terre Comuni is located in a neuralgic point a few kilometers from the tourist locality of Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. The hotel is very simple but the furniture reflects the typical style of these places, wood furniture like the floor. I have always found the room and also the common spaces (such as the dining room and recreational spaces) always very clean. The hotel is quiet and quiet, the very courteous staff and the reception are always ready to give advice about places to visit, about excursions and about the events taking place in the servants.
