I was really surprised! I was hesitant for the 20km of tracks, but they are more than enough x to have fun with the whole family. The ski course included in the offer (which I would never have done since I know it for 30 years) was the added value to the holiday. The girls perfected the technique and my wife who had never put a pair of skis on her feet, thanks to the course she learned to ski!!! The refuge is a very clean hotel and with completely renovated rooms. The owner (with a real mountain weather) is very nice. Also in February of this year 2023 where the snow is scarce although on Verena there was plenty of snow... Holidays on the mountain!

A True Surprise

We start by assuming that we had breakfast in four people, took the chair without any problems. When we got back from the walk, two children playing with a very light ball near the free playground and no one else in the neighborhood, were chased away by a lady (if you can call it that) because they spoiled the joists.

Not to be repeated

We spent a week in this warm and cozy shelter practically on the slopes and we were great.The rooms, although not huge, had all the comforts, new bathrooms.The dining room was spacious and pleasant where breakfast was also served with homemade jam and yogurt.

A warm and welcoming refuge

During the white week, having little time to eat a hot meal and go back to the ski slope, I ate several times at the paninotec. Paninotec are very good and at moderate prices (max. 6 euros). The paninotec guy named Naji, impressed me for his speed and skill, it didn't take more than 3 minutes for my panins to be ready and despite the times they were prepared with exceptional care.

Beyond the comfortable rooms, the rest is worth checking out - rude staff, unlikely food, school hours (compulsory dinner at 7:30 p.m., check out at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast) cappuccino with soluble barley.

It's worse than that!

Definitely a relaxing and fun snow holiday perfect for families. The location is exceptional right in front of the slopes and very comfortable the possibility of going back and forth between shelter and slopes and being able to enjoy our own room. We stayed week after New Year doing two hours of class in the morning (adults and children) and skiing until closing facilities. I am used to much larger compressors but despite being small the slopes are beautiful and the view is wonderful. The staff is very discreet I read very negative reviews the week before our stay and I have to say that the living room was perfect the bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming, eating well and for the children the possibility of using the mini club is a great opportunity to get to know and live together with other children.

I stayed at this hotel in the week of New Year's Eve. It was a comfortable structure for those who know, but rude staff and poor kitchen management. We were 7 adults and 2 girls, we never managed to eat all at the same time: they arrived at random dishes, a contour of one...a second of another and a first of another and, of course, the girls always last. The food was not good (except on the evening of the 31st), improvised waitresses who didn't speak Italian and managed by a congoaposala (supposedly instead) extremely rude.

Poor kitchen management

This year the restaurant was very bad. Until last year it was eating very well. This year I don't know what has changed (management, cooks?) always cold dishes (2 times out of 2), certainly not that of the past years (even the classic lasagna I always found is missing).

We booked at the restaurant, when we arrived they couldn't find the reservation, then after a little discussion between the waiters, they managed to get us a place, meals, they served us everything at the same time from pasta to chips, the waitress who I think is responsible is very arrogant the other waiters seemed to be there for a day, we asked for salt and pepper, they gave us bags of salt and pepper and they said they didn't have it.

What to Avoid

I've been watching Asiago Neve for many years and I've always thought that what was being advertised couldn't be true...Skipass Compresso for the whole week...System with half-pension treatment or full-pension treatment (drinkings excluded)...professional staff and attentive to the needs of customers as if they were old friends...2 hours of class per day for the entire duration of the stay with the Super Masters of the Italian School of Science for all levels from beginners to technical improvement...Skipass Compresso for the whole week...Discounts on selected shops to make purchases or rentals.
