Breakfast is ridiculous two packed cornetts from the supermarket, two slices of Carré bread, two salads to make one coffee per person and if you want another one? Not even to ask. Milk and juice in the glass brooch that is clearly stretched out with water and butter expired for two months. The room is really small and not at all clean. On the website it says that it accepts payments by paper but no, it only accepts cash.

Never again

I found it as I was looking for a b&b in the Prenestina/Pigneto area. The experience was very good: good price and good service, the manager is very kind, breakfast included and very close to the tram stop!

Great service, great price, great location!

The bb is located in the Prenestina area. Good connections to the centre (tram 5 or 14 to 50 meters which arrives at Termini in 20 minutes). It is a small structure with 4 rooms.

An honest, clean and quiet BB.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the B&B for a weekend in October, we found each other very nice! Mrs. Emilia was very kind and very willing to give us all the information about the area and the public transport to use. The area is quiet, near the B&B there is a tram and bus stop that takes you near the center or the station, and from there you can get everywhere. Our room had a private bathroom, quite spacious and with the phon!! the very spacious and nice room with mini fridge, television and air conditioning. The B&B is equipped with wi-fi but at night the line does not always work well, the line is a little scarce. Breakfast is great!! Mrs. Emilia provides coffee, toasted chips, toasted marshmallows, and we definitely also need a nice toast and we also have a nice toast and we are sure to get a toast and a toast.

We will be back!

Despite the price (which may seem slightly above average) the Owner of the B&B has been of infinite kindness, always available and has not hesitated a moment in helping me and explaining some doubts about the city (it was the first time I came to Rome).

I couldn't stay for booking cancelled two days ago with the excuse that the number of my card is wrong when I have the confirmation email. I contacted the owner giving me the wrong explanations and you never happen to the app purchase.

Hotel with a good location near tram, bus and Gare Termini... staff is helpful and very correct. Hotel level **: no soundproofing of rooms and corridors, which is not a problem if the hotel is not full, which was the case at Christmas, but in high season it must be difficult to sleep without a quiet ball!

It's not bad!

This place is old and it hasn 't been renovated for a long time, the rooms are old, the furniture is crumbling and basic, the cleanliness is more than doubtful, it's a group factory, the meals are just as bad, the staff is friendly and speaks French for some.

Mediocre and dirty

It is a good hotel but the quality of the services (breakfast among others) is not satisfactory. You would think you were in a corporate restaurant canteen. At 150 euros a day for two you would expect better! otherwise, nice staff.
