We as a family had a wonderful time there. The spacious appartment was very clean and everything you needed was there. 
There was an opportunity to rent bikes, that was great. The whole holiday house is located on a big field. It was very nice to have lots of cosy seating areas in the garden/ field. 
The communication with the owner was easy and quick. 
In each room was Wifi.

relaxing location in beautiful toscany landscape

Francesca is the perfect host. She and her family have a beautiful property with a really big garden where you can chill, eat and your kids can play a lot. There are toys, table tennis, table football and much more. Also you can rent bikes for a fair price. Bikes and toys are little old but everything works and the kids don’t care. It takes 10 minutes with the bike to the beach which is beautiful. We have been there in August and there have been nearly no tourists.  On the weekend the beach was packed with locals, it is said that on workdays it is better. We have been in Appartement 2, it was modern and had really nice furnishing. Two bedrooms and an extra bed, full equipped kitchen and good bathroom. But it is not really easy with very small kids. All the dishes and cutlery is below hiphight and just behind small curtains. Plus there are steep spiral stairs that kids want to climb. Things you can handle but wanted to mention. One star less only because it is kind of loud (also at night) with three streets and a railroad nearby and also it is very warm as it is on first floor. Not Francesca fault but it is what it is. :) overall we had a great stay and loved the garden!! When our one year old child gets older we would come again.

Beautiful property near to the beach 

We were guests of this farmhouse for a week. The apartment is very large and furnished with everything, the location is fantastic (2 minutes by car from the sea and 10 minutes by bicycle). The owner is very kind and provided us with very valuable instructions, great also the booklet available in the apartment with tourist and practical indications on the area. Very good also the oil product. Absolutely to recommend!

Exceptional farmhouse

Desiring to find a quiet location, with privacy and pleasant spaces such as a private garden and cozy house, we have chosen this recently refurbished 1793 old farmhouse, complete with everything necessary but rustic at the same time. The owners have been really smart, the farm has its charm and guarantees the occupants relaxation and peace. Being in the countryside enjoys excellent ventilation because it remains cool all day, the surroundings are and the large garden dominated by 2 stupefying secular pines also gives a remarkable shade and charm; and it is also possible for anyone who wants to sit in fabulous barbeques. The owners are gentle and discreet, and the tram that enters the house enjoys a truly romantic evening and evening.

Relax in the countryside a few minutes from the sea.

The apartments are excellent, cozy old house with a large backyard and olive trees, there is a small orchard, the owners have their own olive oil production. The owner is a very nice and welcoming woman, as a compliment leaves a jar of oil and a bottle of white domestic wine. From home to the sea you can get by car or bicycle, which can be rented right away.

It's a great place to relax.

We've spent four days in a very nice, refurbished and well-equipped apartment, quiet with plenty of outdoor space and close to the sea, very kind and open-minded owner, I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back!

Relaxation and comfort

With my wife and daughter I spent two weeks in this Agriturismo in August. I list what we found and then tell you if you don't want to book and go: large parking lot in front of the building; old building completely renovated with large rooms (including bathroom) mosquito beds at the windows, comfortable beds and everything very clean; a position that allows you to sleep in the silence of the Tuscan countryside where the only sound is tortorelle and crickets, free bicycle access to the sea; a large garden with cart with spices for cooking; a common relaxation area with Wipio.

A summer to remember.

The farmhouse is delicious, rustic and well-kept interior, a very large garden very beautiful, very colorful sunflower field...a dream! The very nice and kind owner! The only drawback is that our apartment was the only one without mosquitoes... And that it is a little isolated and you have to take the car x go to the beach or to the center...but they make bicycles available, so not bad! :) Advised!!! I'll be back!

It's a wonderful place.

We stayed at the farmhouse from 9 to 12 August and we really enjoyed it. Order and cleanliness in a perfect apartment for two people. We went to the sea on a bicycle and crossed the countryside in 10 minutes.
