In our Italian vacation we spent a few days at the Agriturismo San Giacomo and were thrilled. Wonderful place, great location, beautiful clean apartments, very good breakfast, friendly and friendly and the food at the restaurant was really wonderful. Catia only cooked for us, a privilege!

Our structure was across the street from the main part, which gave us serenity and quiet! Our building consisted of 3 areas, 2 apartments and just a room, which is what we had. A small fridge was also provided. Our host was Barabara and she was incredibly warm, welcoming and sweet. She showed us around a bit, we set a time for breakfast to be served each morning on our terrace and then that was it really. Such a comfortable and cozy area to stay for a few days, really relaxing.If i had to metion any negatives; Get an apartment if you'll be staying more than one night. There aren't many restaurants around close by, and not on the premises either, so we basically had to eat out every day for lunch and dinner. There are bbq facilities, but again we just had a room, so there were no provisions for staying in to eat. As an American, I like my drinks with ice and there was no ice machine or any ice available on the property. We found a grocery store about 15 minuutes away that sold a kilo bag of it, but we only had a mini fridge and no freezer. The pool was a bit smaller that we had hoped and it could use some stairs and maybe a little updating. But it was always clean and refreshing. The hammock that they had was ridiculously comfortable and I fell asleep immediately in it. There was even a line to dry clothes in the back yard that was convenient for towels and swimsuits. Our bathroom's shower, though worked great and the water pressure was also wonderful, the caulking around was a bit moldier than I was comfortable with. But nothing really to be upset about. Breakfast was all homemade sweets, hot coffee, hot milk( which I really appreciated) fresh fruit, juice. Our terrace was superb and special. After coming back from dinner, we layed on the lounge chairs, drinking wine and stared at the stars. ( but the back yard lights could be dimmer to enhance this experience). The grounds and lanscaping was exceptional and a joy to walk around in. Lavendar was everywhere and just stunning!
There was a portable hot tub in the back yard that was availble to use, but we didn't get any instuction on it's use so we didn't bother.
All said, a  charming and peaceful stay that could have lasted another few days!

Amazing and charming like a fairy tale!

We stayed with our dog in the Oca apartment: well furnished, clean and comfortable overlooking the garden with swimming pool. We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant inside the farmhouse: typical delicious dishes cooked with ingredients produced by the owners: We highly recommend the wet hog and also their wine. Breakfast, on request, is served in the porch in front of the apartment. We have spent the really fantastic days in total relaxation, we will definitely return!

We often write reviews about negative things about structures, but in this case the problem was ours and I still humbly apologize. About the structure that I say, excellent, well maintained and very clean. Great breakfast, it's the place to escape the chaos of big cities and stressful jobs. Thanks for everything, it will be a pleasure to return, of course with more attention ♥️😊

For the Easter Sunday lunch we were at Agriturismo San Giacomo and were very excited. A wonderful place, the food was great and very good, the service top and very friendly. All the products, especially the ones we ourselves produced, were excellent. We are very happy to come back!

That's great!

We had a wonderful time at agriturismo San Giacomo and we highly recommend it. We stayed in the apartment called Demetra at " la dependance". The apartment has a lovely spacious private terrace equipped with a table and comfy chairs and two sunbeds. Inside the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen annex living with another table and a sofa. The bedroom is spacious with an excellent bed. The bathroom is not big but has everything you need and is comfy and very clean. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom and in the living.  Barbara is a very friendly host who serves you your breakfast with a big smile on your private terrace. "Dependance" has besides this apartment  two double rooms each with their own terrace located in such a way that each has his full privacy. The whole is surrounded by a big garden with a well kept lawn and there you'll find a common terrace with lounge sofas.
To reach the pool and the main building you have to cross a small country road. Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano are nearby and are very interesting places worth a visit where you'll find several good restaurants. Not to be missed are the ancient Etruscan footways "Le Vie Cave" .

Great apartment, very friendly host, highly recommended

It's a quiet, quiet apartment, very nice, delicious breakfast, served in the lobby in front of the lodge, great for relaxing and visiting the surroundings.

Top farmhouse

It's a family-run, nature-filled farmhouse. We stayed in one of the apartments, the depandance, for three nights. The interior is beautiful and neat to the smallest detail as well as the exterior, which looks like a natural paradise. We felt at home right away. Barbara, the owner, is a very nice person and always available, as well as discreet. It's the ideal place for those looking for a little peace but also a smile ready to welcome you. An oasis of peace in Tuscany's interior

We stayed in the dependency for 3 days. The location is beautiful, immersed in nature, the place suitable for relaxing. In addition, it is located a few kilometers from the beautiful villages of Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano. The room in which we stayed was spacious and very clean, besides being really nice. Careed for every detail with sobriety and good taste. On request you can have breakfast directly in the accommodation, cakes and homemade marmalades, all of excellent quality, abundant and varied. Barbara is a great person! Hospitality, sunny and varied... in other words, she puts the guests at ease with cordiality and friendliness.

It's spectacular.

We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse during the week of August with dogs and 7-month-old baby. Unfortunately, only 3 nights, as we were so well that we would have extended the stay! Watching our baby play in the green bezeta with our dogs, swimming in the pool with only the bottom of the chickens was priceless. The well-kept Tuscan-style apartments and furnished delightfully, provided with every necessity including a very comfortable and cool mattress without the need for air conditioning (although almost present in everyone). Waking up with breakfast made in the house and the table equipped under the portico, is wonderful. Last night we watched the stars at the naked eye and enjoyed the peace and quietness of a still-to-be-found land. We have a simple and friendly home with a simple family, but thanks for the warmth and sympathy of Romeo and Olga.
