B&B Cà Giovanni Country Resort

We stayed with our puppy at the B & B Ca' Giovanni from 16 to 18 August, a strategic location to visit the beauty of Urbino and its surroundings. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Adriana who is the heart and engine of the B & B, and she handed us the key to our room including a remote control for the opening of the gate so that we could be absolutely independent. The place is very quiet, at night you can only feel the grills, we appreciated both the freshness outside and that of our room, there was the air conditioner on. There is a beautiful swimming pool that we did not have time to use a relaxed corner with the bathroom and the family room outside, and also a very nice part of the bar enjoying the outdoors as well. We have a fresh day trip with our husband Adriana, we have a wonderful view of the surrounding area, and we also appreciate the fact that we have a beautiful view of the surrounding area, thanks to the beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Relax and love

And then the setting was nice in the middle of nature. There was no air conditioning, but it was written. Swimming pool, I find this unacceptable, when we were going to use it maybe an hour after the city visits. How can I give you $8 for an hour in the pool?

Never again

For those who seek peace and tranquility, it's a place immersed in nature, very kind to the hostess, we only stayed there for one night, but my wife and I promised to come back for another romantic weekend.

Far from stress... and for those who love peace, tranquility and romance.

We were on vacation with our daughter and our newly adopted puppy from the kennel and were greeted by everyone from the owner to her lovely animals super well, the spectacular view, a good and abundant breakfast, super-available service as well as multiple information on what to do, when and where, the very clean and quiet pool, super-enchanted and relaxed outings of our vacation, especially the little Zuma who found new friends and a lot of love.

Family vacation!!

Maybe the owner did the wrong job... the rooms aren't cleaned during the living room and the beds aren't even made up. Breakfast is so scarce that in the morning we used what we bought in the bakery. The bathroom needs immediate maintenance. Not recommended.

Not to be repeated

We enjoyed our stay from the first moment we arrived. Adriana is a perfect host and we had a lot of fun. Nothing is to much for her. Breakfast was ok. WIFI perfect. We loved it all.

My wife and I were booked for 2 nights on booking which we left a review published not in full version. We knew about the check in at 15.30 but my wife was not very well and at 12.43 I tried to contact her by phone to know if we could wait on a drawer near the pool which I had seen in the check-in photo. No one answered the phone then I decided to go anyway because along the way the car looked like a desert. Instead of the 8 km indicated (corrected in 15 hours) on the booking site are 16 km of which 2.5 km on our dirt road. I got up at 13.30 and Mrs Adriana didn't even want to open the door to get me in with the general idea that I'd be hanging out. Only when I said that I'd been waiting on the drawer then she asked us to go in with the real room and we'd have to go in with the restroom.

It's bad.

We stayed two nights in the b&b Ca Giovanni di Adriana immersed in the quiet of the hills of Marche and the beauty of those places really amazed us. Adriana took care of our needs also giving us useful advice to visit the nearby Urbino. A special applause for her cheerfulness that accompanied us the evening hours and breakfast. Ps. Unlike what is indicated in other reviews, we sign that we had, together with the key to the room, the remote control of the gate so that we could be free to come back even in the late evening.

Quiet and Joy

I'm not talking about the road that's rough but not the owner's responsibility but I'm talking about everything else. 105 euros for a double room that at night also looked like a crematorium oven: no air conditioning, no TV, bathroom with the toilet that went into the shower. Non-existent breakfast with packed cookies slices, two jars of marmalade and coffee/cap. The pool (which you have to clean yourself with the retina) is a fee, 6 euros per person. We only discovered it at check out. What, however, makes it really avoidable for us is the poor cleanliness and hygiene both of the common places where confusion and dirt reigns over the rooms (the hair of the previous animals in the shower and the blankets, stains with obvious, so beautiful floor... so even the floor can't get into the bathrooms).

Weight

Despite the dirt road discomfort that leads to the structure the place has potential for the roughness that it is and for the peaceful place and with a nice panorama of the Marigian hills. BESTEBBE that changed management! Unlike the other reviews of the owner I can't say that it was rude, maybe a little boring and invasive since for breakfast it was all the time chatting and smoking with us and another couple of gentlemen!!! Cleanliness and hygiene are not part of this structure. In the room there is no TV and well we can sit, in the bathroom only the liquid table for the chaps, not even a little bit of know-how to dry my hair!
