What a very pleasant surprise to find such amazing accommodation in the Venice.
We were in an Economy Double Room on 3rd floor.
The Room was very spacious, sparkling clean, perfect temperature and had everything we needed...nice toiletries, big fluffy bath towels, really fresh, cotton bed linen, coffee, hair dryer, tea, towel. Giulia on the front desk was very friendly, polite and helpful in explaining how best to get to where we needed to go. Would not hesitate to recommend - already looking for an excuse to return.

Fabulous Accommodation 

The location of this palazzo is fabulous for visiting Venice. The views of the small terrace on the balcony are incredible. And if you take advantage of a thunderstorm to have a cocktail Bellini, unforgettable. The attic room is also, charming. Only one but y is that the stairs to get there were frankly terrible. To think about it once or twice every time I had to go to the room. But, besides, we loved it.

Hotel very well located but very difficult to find. No indication except on the door. Attention if you take the last available room you will be in a basement and not a penthouse room as stipulated. You can only stand on 3m square. The window is inaccessible at 3m high condemned by scotch. So you can't ventilate and you have to move at 4 feet for the one who sleeps at the bottom. Badly soundproofed. Bathroom in front of the hall which is not inconvenient because we had to be alone on the ground floor but in fact we had neighbors in the real penthouse room. Fortunately it was very nice and we could only sleep. Breakfast is very good and we know what to look forward to.

Accommodation

The highlight of this residence is its location on the Santa Maria formosa square, located between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, that is two things that you must absolutely see if you come to Venice. Now about the residence, it is good for Venice, you have to put it in context, (because a hotel like this in France, I would barely give a star)! The room where we were small, under the rooftopswe knew the orque we reserved) we can't stand in the whole room. The bathroom when it's quite large (it's a hall), outside the room, and we didn't know it, and it's very painful to have to go through a corner of the room to have a little lunch, but then we used to go to the bathroom with a very good quality, especially the ladies and gentlemen who were in the room with D. B. Denders, who was very willing to go back to the room with a very good quality, but then came back to the room with a very good quality.

It's a good location.

We were put in a room that was as good as 8m2, hard to stand in at 2. Ah, and the bathroom impossible to stand in.

Running away

Surely the room was uncomfortable: a real hole!!!! A double bed according to them, but actually lying on a square and a half!!! Room attached to the reception so privacy nothing!! Very dirty moquette; shower absent (or route); tiny tub, you couldn't even make a decent bath; view (but what view?!?!?!?!?!!) on an old gray wall 2 meters away to exaggerate and sense of claustrophobia; swarm of mosquitoes for the whole night.

Not at all!

I gave my boyfriend a weekend gift, and we spent two nights in a very characteristic mansion, a five-minute walk from St. Mark's Square, the only regrettable lack of an elevator.

A Birthday in Venice

Friendly reception, room at the reception level, the correct damage that the window gave on a wall! Bathroom very low ceiling! so we couldn't stand! and I'm 1.69m! otherwise it was very clean.

We slept in the cheapest room on the mainland, with the private sdb in front of our room. Very professional accommodation and delicious lunch. The hotel is super well located and the entrance hall is majestic with direct views of the canal and the adjacent square. We highly recommend it!

Very good hotel.

Very welcoming staff who will gladly inform you and give you super good plans. The staff will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast at the top. Small room just under the roof with a beautiful view. It's a little hard to find the entrance on the first shot but really very well located near St. Mark's Square and the Rialto.
