It was too quiet, we were in four and we slept in a little room that wasn't even a closet but only a few things. I bathe outside the room and it was comfortable if we were alone but then another couple came and there was no privacy. Breakfast is very normal stuff packed and unfortunately also expired cookies.

A little vacation.

This is an excellent solution for those who have simple demands and need a point of support to visit the 5 Terre.

Easy solution for the 5 Earths

The B&B is located in a strategic location, in a hilly area (a few kilometers from the FS station of La Spezia) in the Vezzano Ligure area a few kilometers from the historic center. Very nice building, with access independent of the road, is equipped with no. 2 rooms and two outdoor bathrooms, as well as living room and kitchen. The owners live in the same building (Mrs. Antonia very cordial). Clean and well furnished premises. The breakfast found not adequate and responsive to what is described: from large distribution, of poor quality. Dirty cups and glasses of recycled paper (with red, even a washed yogurt vase!!). NO PRIVACY: the property is recycled in the house (sockroach) with us inside, sharing the kids sleeping on the inside, even though they did NOT know that we were IN CONLIGENT!!!

Good location!

We stayed 2 nights, very pleasant welcome, nice room and good bed, breakfast in the garden was very nice, near the train station, go down to the spezia and take the boat to the cinque terra, nice little village of vezzano ligure and very good restaurant

Very good stay.

We stayed at the property for two nights, the friendly owner, logistically the location is great to walk around and the five lands. Private parking only for one car we were two families the second car parking lot of luck, nice and clean rooms although a little small, independent bathrooms.

It's a comfortable two-bedroom house that's not very spacious, so it's a good sign of cleanliness and privacy.

New year's surprise

We had to stay in the house for one night, but we were expecting to arrive late. The house is very clean, the owner is very hospitable. The breakfast is varied and cozy.

Just for one night.

Very well located to the Cinq Terres (10 minutes from La Spezia train station), the village of Vezzano is also beautiful and very nice. Typical home and very warm from the owner. On the other hand, for 140€ a 3 night with pdj, the room is small, very simple and we really feel in a house. Ideal and very warm if not another expensive choice, but the price remains prohibitive for the place itself.

Correct, but expensive.

The lodgings are a little bit off the beaten path if you navigate from La Spezia, but it's the hilltop village that you see to the west as you exit the tollroad for La Spezia , as welcoming.  We passed through the village and then down the other side and saw a gentleman at the door.  The BnB was very homey and the staff was informative.  They told us where to eat up in the village.  We stayed in the 4-bed room with AC; the only criticism is that the beds creaked when you rolled over, so it wouldn't be very romantic.  Breakfast was ample relaxed in the garden.

Lack of planning forced us into staying here... way over priced for what your get...

You certainly could not complain that it was not clean, to the point where the smell of  cleaning solution was always in the air in our room.

Our room faced the road that has a moderate level of traffic...very loud

There were a number of rooms within the B&B but there was no way of locking our room so we had to take our valuables with us when we went out.

Breakfast was all packaged junk food.

As we were leaving at 930, heard the owners rudely chasing the other guests out...
