Call today, July 29 at 6:30 pm to make a reservation and the man I was looking at was very rude, told me not to make my reservation and I cut off the call, to make it myself as he was busy.

A small hotel with a good renovation at a low cost. The plus is: a large bed, its own free parking, not loud. Next to a large online grocery store. The only thing you need to do is arrange breakfast in advance and order dinner. Otherwise the staff has not arrived yet (for breakfast), or the kitchen has already closed and everyone (in fact it's the cook and the waitress) is gone.

That's very good.

The location couldn't be more central in this lovely small town, right in the town square. There is a good choice of on suite rooms, some with a balcony. The rooms have ample wardrobe hanging, , drawers for other items.The beds are clean and comfortable, the pillows are fresh  with no smells.All windows have a pleasant view, the television a good selection of channels. The WiFi is fast and free.
 The staff are cheerful and willing to help, hot food is available  all day and into the evening. There are other quality restaurants near with good food and service until late. 
 ****There is no possibility of a wheelchair user to access  this hotel or  the rooms.** Water is drinkable and clear, but it is better to buy water from the supermarket 50metres away.
 For some reason my bed was positioned away from a suitable light switch and with re-arrangement by staff this problem could easily be resolved.
 In the district are numerous nature reserves, lakes and forests. On Saturday and Wednesday there is a very large market, once featured in a BBC world service progam.

Great family run hotel with all the usual amenities, except disabled access

My son and I came to Vilkaviskis for a Children's Chess Tournament in April 2015. We stayed for two days at the Sirvinta Hotel and could not have been happier there. The hotel is quite modern and comfortable. The room was well decorated and modern. The hotel has a small restaurant which appeared to be the only option for dinner in town. While the menu was limited, what we ate was excellent quality, particularly the salads. But the best part of the hotel was the 5 star service. We did not know how to get to the school where the Chess tournament was located so we asked for directions. We were told that it was easy to walk to, but they could not really explain easily how to go in a way that we could understand. So, the waitress walked us to the school. This was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, in a long time.

I can not understand why Trip Advisor has this hotel listed under B&B. It is not a B&B, it is a hotel.

Wonderful Stay at Sirvinta Hotel

My small group spent two weeks in this region, an area of Lithuania typically off the beaten path for tourists. Hotel was comfortable and spacious but highlight was the staff. Manager took time to get our suggestions for new menu items and provided personalized, American style breakfasts for the duration of our trip. Also allowed us to use the kitchen to teach their chef a new recipe. Great time and we will be back!
