First impression ok then it was worse, problem with parking I did not know where the entrance is unclear signage, not obvious entrance to the hotel no signage on the first floor, on the downside, noisy rooms and creaky floors, poor comfort and quality of the room, very small space, and claustrophobia, the initial enthusiasm for the industrial atmosphere quickly disappeared. Business trip, but I do not think I will use again, and I intended to do so. Price to quality ok, but still I expected more. Disappointed in short.

First and last 

On arrival it looks great - converted factory building. However the rooms are pretty basic.  Beds are creaky and small. Shower runs hot for a few minutes then runs cold. Couldn’t find anywhere to change the temperature. Shower was mouldy around the seals.

Wi-if was good, there’s a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Reception staff were very unhelpful when I needed to arrange a taxi. 

Functional and basic

I think I would use the English term 'all fur coat and no knickers;!

Beautiful restored mill with favourable public areas.  I was on the top floor (no lift from reception) which are bedrooms as opposed to the apartments which I think are on the 4th floor where reception is (and where there is a lift to):

No socket near a mirror to do hair (and no hairdryer)
1 towel (no hand towel) and second bed not made up even though a twin room
Cracked sink
Flickering smoke detector all night
External electric shutters on velux rather than curtains or blinds
Flatpack furniture falling aprart
Everything laminated (including door frames in bathroom which was peeling away at floor
Plug in airfreshners throughout the building to make you sneeze
Poor drainage in bathroom

Breakfast OK but very limited choice continental.  The one positive was it was clean.

Awful night

We found it occasionally on our way to Warsazaw. And it was great experience. Hotel made as loft apsrtment in old industrial area. Very eell equiped, cleand and extremely friendly staff. Real value for money with stunning view from window

Great surprise

We stayed in a four-person apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with a microwave and dishwasher and a nice bathroom. The apartment is large, clean and very nice with a nice view of the church. The beds are just a little hard.

It's a nice apartment.

Booked for one night, we slept in a mansard room on the fifth floor. The room was clean and fairly new. Very small the bathroom where you struggle to move. Positive notes: the price (46  in 2 with breakfast); the location (very nice the recovery of the historic room where the hotel is located); the breakfast (abundant and with good choice, especially salt). Negative notes the very small bathroom and the poor sound insulation of the rooms (the walls are all in cardboard).

Cheap and clean

Superb hotel restaurant as part of the old refurbished factories decorative and stunning view of the city church rooms a little small but modern and at breakfast a splendid buffet recommended absolutely

Full center!

Hi.Simply choose other hotel even for one night stay. Why?I try to make it short. Paper walls ( unfortunately i had some troglodites room next too me ). Window is broken and there is no blind in it ( daylight woke me up when i finally asleep). Wooden flor makes irritating sounds every step u take. I have normal weight but i hardly sit on toilet ( no space betwen shower and toilet). Washbasin is another mistake to : splashes water on u! WC in my room smells badly ( mold probably) which they try to mask air freshener. And i could found some other inconvenience but i think thats enough. Mayby its only my room was like that but who knows? Definitely not recommended!!!

One night nightmare....

I have paid about 20 eur for 1 room without breakfast so it was very good deal. Parking only 10pln. I have decided to eat breakfast somewhere else as it was too expensive here.
There was problem with heating the water at night. Otherwise room was small, Internet was slow but still for this price my review is good.

For this price very good deal

The apartments are located on the fourth floor of a beautiful, well-restored building. Our apartment was very spacious and well-maintained with an excellent view of the beautiful town square and church.
