We got here at 2:00 in the morning, none of the administrators are asleep, the security guard can't call, they've been waiting for half an hour, and they never called her, and there's no one waiting at this hotel.

You don't need all the sleeping guests.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system only worked for a day. The shower was a little low and only a fraction of the water needed was dripping out of the shower head. Otherwise friendly staff and quick check-out. The Internet was ok and the room equipment was average. In Europe it was 2-3 stars but for Russian conditions it was OK. Breakfast buffet was not extensive but edible.

The hotel is actually a 4-star hotel. Large spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Clean, cozy, comfortable, especially the fact that the room has a hose and board. Large spacious bathroom, with bathroom instead of cabin. I'm lucky, from my 405 room I can see China. And the neighbors couldn't hear, although others noted a high hearing. But there's no noise from the street, because it's quiet. And to the center, it's a five-minute walk.

I'm in this hotel now with a colleague, I'm staying in room 106 note that it's not the first time we've stayed with colleagues in Gloria and managed to live in different rooms because in Blagoveshchensk the choice was not great, but unfortunately I'll have to get used to and look for an alternative, because if you're not lucky and you're in Gloria on the 1st floor, then the hearing in the rooms is great: with the noise in the bathroom next door with all the details happening, I understand that after two hours of the morning, after two hours of the morning, the room manager of the hotel has had to wait for me, but after two hours of the morning, the room manager of the hotel has had to wait for me, and after a month of the day, the hotel manager has had to wait for me, so it seems a huge problem - the staff of the hotel has been paying for the train every hour of the day - every hour of the day, every hour of the day, every hour of the night, every hour of the night, every hour of the night - but I've been informed that if you're not

Hotel Gloria is located in the city centre. There is a problem with parking at the hotel. In the rest of the hotel it is very long and very high quality.

The quality hotel

I was pleased by friendly welcoming and professional workers at the reception. Food in te restaurant was very tasty and nicely decorated. When I spoke with the hotel manager I said that I love cottage cheese and next morning they served me syrniki, that was out of Open Buffet. Thank you very much. Such a small things make the stay perfect. Go ahead!

Very nice

This hotel is a lovely mix of friendliness, excellent amenities, delicious food and drink and great proximity to the centre of Blagoveschensk, which is an easy city to navigate.

Breakfast choices are copious, amd the dinner and lunch menus are also conducive to having a great stay.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and there's a lovely smoking area just outside the porch too!

All rooms feature a stocked minibar, and the downstairs spa is very welcome after a great deal of travel!

One piece of feedback I do have is that the pillows are too few and a bit soft - maybe 3-4 pillows per room would give guests more flexibility and comfort when sleeping.

Definitely my first choice if i come back to Blagoveschensk!

Hidden treasure in Amur region

Was at Hotel Gloria for 6 days in June - stayed in the suite.  It was amzaing.  Perfect and the staff was SO attentive.  Mix bilingual but they usually had someone on duty or tried mutually with google translation.  Restaurant food incredible as well as the staff.  Of particular note was wonderful Julia at the front desk that helped us many times.  Again the restaurant staff is amazing.  The city of Blago is so very different (good) that it was 17 years ago when I visited to adopt our daughter.  Bravo Hotel Gloria - for a fantastic stay.  Your suite is amazing.  As is the entire staff. Cheers from Dallas,Tx (we were the mom and daughter meeting my daughters birth family - Melissa and Kendall Hendrick). Thank you for a respite during a surreal period in  me and my daughter's life. Hugs.

Amzaing hotel Very American oriented, staff incredible

There's not a middle hotel yet, so I'm not suggesting an alternative, but next time I'm not going to stop here. The room is not small, there's everything, a flat panel, a teacup, teaspoons, a toilet paper, hygiene kits. The bathroom has a very unpleasant smell. No noise insulation, you can hear all the neighbors. The hallway is dark, moving, almost to the touch. Breakfast is medium, but I liked everything. There are no shops, restaurants or cafes near the hotel, although it's in the center. The room periodically smelled of tobacco smoke, the neighbors were probably smoking.

It's a medium-sized hotel downtown.

I had the the pleasure, and I mean pleasure to stay here for three weeks.  It is a wonderful hotel with world class, bilingual, staff. Staff is friendly and goes completely out of the way to help.  Truly client-centric.  The restaurant is very very good, with similar outstanding service.  Rooms are clean, comfortable and just right.  Thanks to all for the great hospitality.  You are great ambassadors of Blagoveshchensk and Russia!!!!
