Location
Dushevnoye Prostranstvo Guest House is located in the historical district Amalienau of the city of Kaliningrad. Within walking distance: a supermarket, several cafes, a bath complex with a steam room, a swimming pool and a terrace, and a Pioneer fitness center with a swimming pool. Nearby: public transport stops, beauty salons. The central square of the city and Kant Island are 5 km away, Kaliningrad Zoo is 3 km away, and Khrabrovo International Airport is 20 km away.
In the guest house
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed and an additional bathroom.
On the second floor there are two rooms with original interior solutions. One of the rooms — India, is made in Indian style with teak furniture, there is access to a spacious loggia (where there is a smoking area). The second room — France, is made in the style of Provence with a white suite and a hammock, panoramic windows overlooking the garden and a decorative pond with a fountain. Each bedroom has beds with orthopedic mattresses. There is also a shower room on the second floor.
Towels, drinking water, tea facilities and an electric kettle are provided for guests, you can use the shared kitchen.
The adjacent territory is landscaped, there are garden swings, hammocks, horizontal bar, barbecue, parking spaces.
You can rent a music and dance hall (with light music and karaoke), from where there is access to the terrace of the house and the garden.
