Plus. 1.. Main plus of the hotel  Administrator of Natalia (if I understand correctly, she is the hostess of the hotel). I had a very late settlement  I was met, settled, everyone explained.. 2.. Location of the hotel  opposite the car and railway stations, near the shops Magnit and Pietročka.. 3.. In my room there is everything: refrigerator, microwave oven, teapot, safe, TV, WiFi and even a noisy cooler. 4.. The windows have been set up as a very convenient place, given the location of the rooms on the 1st floor.. 5.. Ask for an additional living room  Thank you.

Good mood, great administrator.

The day of the trip, we arranged with the manager that she would wait for us to settle down, and we would pay her a taxi to the house. Finally, two hours before arrival, the manager called us and said that he would not be waiting for us with the words  check in to another hotel. Night, rain, forest noise, the phone almost doesn't catch on the road and settle where you want it.

It'll be a really lucky occasion if you get in there.

I booked a room at the mini hotel Happy Case in a month, but things will be fine by the time I get there, it was my main thing (from 8 to 9), so we arranged to call a few days before the scheduled check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, we searched for the hotel's address and found a sign Happy Case The same day, the door was closed.

Carelessness and unprofessionalism

After repairs, there's a teapot, a microwave. It's far from the center, it's stinky, mosquitoes, it's noisy, if the windows are on the street, settlement before 9 and after 18 is problematic, there's no reception, the dining room next door works from 9 to 16, which is very uncomfortable, pay only in cash.

Our Azimut flight was delayed, the administrator called and said that we wouldn't be waiting, at 4 o'clock at minus 20, we were walking from the airport to the nearest transfer hotel.

Terrible attitude.

We went to Pskov for the weekend. The choice fell on this hostel because of the proximity to the train station. We were met by a nice girl, she told us everything, explained. The hostel is a residential house, the rooms are converted into rooms. The room turned out to be very small, 90 percent of the room occupies a bed, two people are hard to get around. But we were coming on the weekend, so it was important that we just stay overnight. We were with two backpacks, things at a minimum, but we didn't even have enough room. There was absolutely no place to put clothes and things. There was no place to put any bathroom stuff or shower accessories. The water in the bathroom in the middle of the room, the water is heating up quickly. In the middle of the train, it's awful. You have to remember that the water in the bathroom is not a good option. If you're not coming in the neighborhood for a long time, you're not going to hear anything good.

Hosted for one night

The hotel is a converted apartment with 4 rooms on the 2nd floor of a small house. There is no reception (though conditional) and a small cabinet with a flat bed and bathroom. The room is very pleasant, sympathetically decorated. There are tables where you can stand in warm weather. There is no more room on the side of the road. There are no tables, but there are no tables, no tables, no tables, etc. There is no room for the driver.

Convenient location, maximum 2 to 3 nights, hotel and hostel with the same name.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. The price is nice. The interior is very nice, the light falls in the window in the morning, adds romance. The staff are friendly and went to the meeting - they met us late at night, although entering before 10 p.m. helped to solve the payment problem. The minuses are cash only. Behind the windows of the bus station and at night they announce boarding for flights. I think the next time I would stop here again.

It's a good place.

Everything was fine until they hired a new manager, minus one permanent guest, I had to look for another hostel just because the time I came to Pskov didn't coincide with the settlement time, settling guests in the hostel before 10am is problematic for the new manager.

Not bad for those who come in during the day.

There was a TV, but we didn't watch it. The bed is convenient. If you open the window, it's noisy, but after a walk around Pskov and the surroundings we slept like dead) The Kremlin and the attractions are 2 kilometers away, 20 minutes walk.
