Our stay began with us finding the complementar food open in the table and half eaten, even though the rest of the apartment was clean, indicating some "outside" person had access to the apartment (ser photo) . The card key was deactivated and we were given an access code that we were ensured only we had (as they only clean after check our). The next morning a member of the staff came to the apartment and told us they didn't know what happened but they would investigate. We have not been contacted about that ever since. Also, we showed the staff member that the floor was damaged in one of the bedrooms, previously to our stay. That night when we got back to the apartment the floor was fixed. Someone went in the apartment without noticing us when we were our. I felt very unsafe as various people clearly had access to the apartment even though we were assured that no one else had the code/access and they wouldn't hesitate in going in there with our belongings without asking first. Very unsafe!
Also terrible Wi-Fi coverage, we never managed to access the network.

Terrible stay. Would NOT recommend

We also were on the third floor and the elevator stopped working on the second day after our arrival. All appliances were very old. There is no housekeeping. They can clean the room for stays longer than 5 nights. They left enough towels for 4 nights but didn’t leave enough toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo, body wash. We had two people and they left 2 small shampoo and body wash and one small square soap, two toilet paper rolls. There was a washer in the room but we could not find a laundry detergent. Also, there is kids care or school on the ground floor, so if your apartment overlooks balcony area (not street view), it gets noisy after 9am. They play outside all day long so beware that if you want to nap during the day or sleep in until late morning, you may get distracted. Walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors watching the TV or even talking or listening to the music. 
Towels had dirty spots. WiFi isn’t working properly. It may work in the living room but not in the bedroom. Double bed isn’t a double bed. One headboard and two twin beds put together. Pillows don’t have a pillow protector, simply the pillow case. Same thing with mattress. Also, at the check-in, we didn’t not get a key. We were given a key code that we had to use to enter the apartment. So, there were two codes to remember: one to enter the building and another one to enter the apartment. 

Overall, I do not recommend this apartment. For the money we paid and service we received (no service), it was not worth it.

Not a 4-star property

This is not to be recommended. Firstly the elevator does not work and we were on the third floor. Then the roller shutter is broken so it is shut all day making the lounge area dark and hot. Then the sofa bed was broken which had to be swopped out. The main room does not have a double bed as advertised in the pictures. No toaster in the kitchen and even when complaining it wasn't delivered. No air-conditioning in the second bedroom. All in all very dissatisfied.

The apartment is 2 steps from Batlló's house! very functional, very new, room conditioners, kitchen with all the accessories, bathroom not too big but nice with a big enough shower box and all the necessary towels shampoo etc) and there is also the hair dryer!!!!

Family Vacation

Apartment well equipped: laundry, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, citrus press, grill, dry hair. Welcome kit: 1 dishwasher /1linge/ sponge and dish product +PQ Public Parking nearby (48€ for 3 days) Many shops nearby Very friendly and hospitable staff. But: The household could be better done (dirty dishes,....) The other residents do not all live at the same pace as the families....and not all are necessarily respectful of the others.... (the nights can be short and lively depending on your neighbors).

Close to the sacred family

Located just a few metres from the Sagrada Familia and AlfonsX subway stations, the apartment allows you to reach the city centre in a very short time!

Unfortunately the experience in this apartment has been completely negative, despite the high figure paid for two nights (OK was for the Mobile World Congress so all the facilities were shooting prices) and the photos that promise great things. The reception I must admit was not bad, with the boy at the reception being kind and available, although unfortunately this should be taken for granted and certainly can't be enough to overcome the shortcomings of the structure.
