I was left in Barcelona, charged for my room and told that I had not booked. he had to look for my life and then no contest on the phone. i think denouncing and advising everyone not to go. the receptionist Claudio an impresentable and rude.

Horrible 

If you like your trip avoid this place! we were in 6, three rooms next door and a shared bathroom. when we arrived we asked if the bathroom was only for us 6 and we were told yes, then instead we find out that it was used by other people, minimum 4!! shower with frozen water and clogged tubes, the same as the sink!! in my opinion it was never cleaned in 5 days! the rooms were of questionable cleaning. linen never changed. the owners showed up only at the beginning of the stay, we asked for toilet paper via message!! MUCH MORE!!

It sucks!

Mediocre not to mention light-hearted, lamentable hygiene, clean rooms on arrival nonexistent, the bathroom is not clean, scams and terrible HOTEL, there is no reception, very very disappointed

We didn't have any place to stay for a few nights in Barcelona, and booked the day before. In that regard, the place is ok. It's just an apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen, not a BnB.

Clean enough, very close to the L4 Subway that takes you to Rambla, Jaume, and Bogatell in a jiffy.

Don't book a room here to improve your experience or to impress your significant other. If, however, your in need of a cheap room close to the subway in a quiet neighborhood, you can find worse.

First of all, I don't know how on earth this accommodation can be considered a 'Bed & Breakfast' you are basically living in a bedroom in the owner 'Claudio's flat. We paid for a 'deluxe' room and I can assure you there was nothing deluxe about it. 

Our outbound flight to Barcelona was delayed by an hour, we ensured that we let Claudio know when we were on our way. Upon arrival we were greeted by a miserable Claudio. No friendly receptionist, no warm welcome and worst of all no free mini toiletries.

My partner was so shocked at the accommodation she actually cried once Claudio had left us in the room. The room itself had one pillow on the bed. Ask Claudio for spare ones I hear you say? We would have but we didn't actually see him again for the rest of our trip. Great customer service Claudio.

We had showers during our stay, however we might as well have caused a tsunami each time as there was no shower curtain provided by "Calamity Claudio", therefore the place was like the Mediterranean sea without the fish.

We were unsure the bed has ever been moved, the amount of dust accumulated underneath it was disgusting. Kim and Aggie would flip their lid at the state of it.

And finally, to top of this s***show of a 'B&B', my partner developed bites all over her body. Upon researching online, the most likely cause appears to be bed bugs. See attached photo. Lovely stuff eh?

The only good thing about the accommodation is the distance to a metro station but even then you are in the suburbs situated away from the centre.

Luckily our accommodation didn't ruin our trip, Barcelona is a wonderful city with amazing food and booze!

But just don't bother with Claudio and his grim gaff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 

The apartment. I warned the landlord when we booked, the day before we arrived and the day after we arrived, that we would arrive at 14. We ended up coming - they didn't open. Then I called, but the communication was terrible, the English pronunciation too, considering that I didn't speak English either. They couldn't understand each other. Eventually the cleaner opened up and showed us where our room was. The underwear was changing with us. But all the painful feeling of freshness was there. And the bed itself smelled of dog's underwear (somewhere the same smell, I suspect that it was filled with the same breath/dress and humidity that gave the same effect). In the kitchen and the bathroom there was a glass and you were still trying to load and change, but we had to change it, and we didn't like the second option.

It's dirty.

The room wasn't very big, but it was clean, plenty of breakfast and everything you needed, the quiet area, and the subway not too far away.

Above expectations

the b&B is very bad. There is a wifi network available but it simply doesnt work. Singal is not strong/fast to open 1 website. Sending 1 email took 15 minutes. Owner doesn't care. The floor is dirty, bed is uncomfortable. The b&b is far from the citycentre. Closest metro is 10 minutes walk away. B&b is very hard to find in the neighborhood. We payed for room with a view. The window was on the back side and the only view we had was the concrete of the building next to us. Rooms are very noisy and boisterous. There should be a breakfast. There only was a pack of milk with kellogs, a cheap bread and a jam jar.

Bad, no wifi, dirty, far from centre, hard to find, no breakfast

The house might be nice too...but they don't clean...and the kitchen falls a little bit apart from being very dirty..!! We were there for a week and they didn't change towels or sheets..clean room and bathroom..!! Breakfast doesn't always remember to buy it..!!

That's dirty!

We waited 1 hour for the owner to arrive and he didn't even apologize. On entering, the owner offered us to wait for the housewife to clean, which was not the case: the room with sheets and towels that smelled bad, from the dust. To access the bathroom, we had to get out of the bathroom and the room in front of the owner installed on his office right in front of our room.
