Exceptional and clean apartment. Perfect attention from the three ladies who waited for us both in reception and cleaning. Incredible location with sea views. Private garage and very comfortable. We were 4 weeks before renovations in the house and it was unforgettable.

Exceptional quality/price relationship 

Stayed for three nights with four people. We had a two bedroom unit that was quite spacious. View of the ocean and a two minute walk to the beach -- unfortunately we didn't have that much time to enjoy it on our stay. There's a number of restaurants and stores in the vicinity which was helpful. Our apartment was fully equipped with stovetop, full size fridge, utensils, etc. We had a car and used their parking. We did check-in after their normal hours and pre-arranged pickup of the keys at the nearby Best Western. They do have an elevator and air conditioning. Also a pool (which we didn't use, unfortunately).  Our room had a balcony and it was quite quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future if we were to return to the Barcelona area.

Good three night stay

Stayed here for 1 week, lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor, double balcony with amazing Seaview, balconies have sunloungers and table and chairs.
Well equipped kitchen, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. 
Lounge has sofa bed, TV, good WiFi throughout, air conditioning, double bedroom with large wardrobe and good storage. Toiletries in bathroom. 
Cleaners come every other day, very clean throughout. 
Reception are helpful and welcoming. 
Quiet area, beach bar is good facing the apartment, planes do come in but they change direction frequently. 5 minutes to beach, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, bakery across the road, bus frequently, train station 10 minutes walk, Barcelona centre in 30 minutes. 
Perfect apartment, great location. 
Highly recommended.

Fantastic

You can't afford an apartment over 200 euros a day!!!,until 1:30 p.m., when they tell you that the apartment isn't ready yet and after waiting 10 minutes to get up to the apartment and kitchen it's almost all gone.There was 1 cup, 3 vases, NO cover....The explanations at the reception were that I wouldn't have had time to replenish things and overpay a deposit for the kitchen utensils.That's called bad management!!!!!

It was poorly received.

Best beach front hotel apartment. Manager lady was very polite and helpful. Apartment rooms are very clean and everything that we need. Best location just front beach and around many good food restaurant. Own closed parking and good security. Love to stay again.

Best beach front hotel apartment

I stayed here with my sister and daughter for 8 days recently and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a one bed apartment on the second floor. It had a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The beds were very comfortable and the staff and Anna at reception were always very helpful. The roof terrace was great to sit out on and the pool although small, was very refreshing. Its' a great base to explore both Barcelona and Sitges from. The station is no more than a 15 min walk away and it takes about 25mins to central Barcelona and 10 mins to Sitges- which is also really worth a visit. I loved the beach at castelldefels, it was about 5km long and you could walk in both directions and not reach the end, after an hours walk. Occasionally they change the flight path into Barcelona, for planes to fly over the beach, but this happened on only 1 day we were there.Great restaurants nearby, we went to Amar restaurant twice which was excellent and such good value. I'll definitely be back.

Great stay

I recently spent a few very relaxing days staying in a one bed sea view apartment on the second floor. It is 100% worth paying a little extra for the view. Waking up to the sound and sight of the waves was perfect.

The apartment was a nice size and well stocked with the essentials. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were flexible and friendly. The pool and rooftop terrace is fabulous and we had it to ourselves each day, probably as the beach is literally a minute's walk away.

It took only 15 mins from the airport via taxi (€35). There are many shops and restaurants close by and the train line is only a ten minute walk. We took trains to Sitges and Barcelona and the whole process was easy, efficient and very cheap. 

My only suggestion for improvement is to provide some basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, tea, sugar etc.

Beautiful Seaview

My family came to celebrate my wedding. The first night they were robbed, by some street guys that climbed all the way to the third floor at night whilst all were sleeping! This things already happened before in this hotel, so the only thing they do is put a sign next to windows that there are people that might enter your apartment and steel! "Great and secure vacations", we should have left this place first night! 
Moreover, what surprised us the most, manager of the place didnt even feel sorry or said sorry to us, didnt compensate and on top of it knowing all that still didnt put any cameras or a security at night- that says it all! 
The amount of problems you have with the AC, it just too much, you have to close all windows and doors for AC to work and on top of it they have special magnets so if they dont feet properly AC will not work and yes it takes long time to cool down the room! 
The only positive thing about this hotel is that rooms are actually clean and view is nice! 
The rest - run from this place, you will not have secure and relaxed vacations there! 
Only in Spain this type of places can be still open and somehow have a 5* reviews on TripAdvisor-shame!!!  

Need of a new director

Hotel is located almost on the beach. With pool on the roof if Mediterranean is too far 😀.  Spent only :( two nights but for sure if I'd have chance I'd stay there once again. Private parking. No restaurant, but there are many of those nearby.

Very close to beach

We spent a week in Castelldefels in the apartments Maritim and were very enthusiastic. The apartment is very nice and very helpful. The rooms are very clean, friendly and brightly designed. In addition to the living area there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace directly overlooking the sea. All two days everything is completely cleaned and towels and bedding are changed perfectly. The apartment is very air-conditioned and has a special curtain wall, the cabinet is integrated with a safe. The building has a dining room with a very very 4-minute drive, a very nice balcony and two very nice lounges, with a very nice view of the sea. Unfortunately, we also have a convenient way to get to a hotel in the city for about 5€ and 2€. The hotel is convenient for all guests and tourists. The hotel is convenient for 10 minutes walking distance from Barcelona, but unfortunately you can easily get to and from the beach and the beach.
