We stayed one night at this hotel and booked four double rooms. The rooms are large and clean. They even had a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Price/performance, including breakfast, is absolutely right. Parking in front of the house is free. Bus is fast to Visp.

The price/performance is right!

The hotel is comfortable, the room is clean, it also has a balcony with a table. Unfortunately it is on the main street (although a little backward), and the traffic noise is heard. With the windows closed and the curtain drawn the insulation is still good. The owner is courteous, without any complications both check-in and check-out. The price is average. Large storage is available. I also took advantage of the restaurant to eat a pizza. Courtesy of the staff. Good, generous size. The restaurant (we were on the covered terrace outside) is not acoustically isolated locally.

Simple, convenient, on average

We have been able to enjoy the hospitality of the Lombardo family on several occasions. We highly recommend the central location on the road to Saastal, Zermatttal and only a few minutes to Visp. The breakfast included in the room price, the Italian cuisine with the fine pizzas, the antipasti, but also the specialties of the Walloons and the wines from Wales and Italy are highly recommended. The rooms are conveniently furnished and very clean. Although the hotel is located on the street and on the opposite side of the railway line, we have always slept very well.

Business or private: Anytime again!!!

A nice little hotel, we spent the night before skiing at a nearby resort. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, there is quality! There is free Wi-Fi and a TV in the room. The pizzeria restaurant is super, very good pizzas and other Italian specialties and elsewhere. The breakfast buffet is full. At night you can sometimes hear vehicles and trains passing by. (Rooms next to the road anyway) The price may seem high, but the fares in the area are very high.

Simple and effective

Ideal economic option to go skiing in Zermatt or Saas Fee. 25 minutes drive from the hotel. Nice accommodation and service, spacious and functional rooms, restaurant and breakfast ok.

It's pretty good.

Back from Leuropaweg, we are two friends looking for a restaurant hotel to stay overnight because we are very tired to drive. Arriving at 7pm, we enjoyed the last double room. Here are our remarks - very professional hotel staff and well equipped and comfortable rooms. - Very good quality price ratio -not to be overwhelming but it did not bother us -The restaurant was a great surprise with quality food and very nice and professional service.

Spontaneous night

The rooms are simple and practically one-way. The railway line is directly behind the house and the street in front of the house. The hotel is less suitable for hard-of-hearing guests. The food in the pizzeria is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Simple hotel and great pizza in the restaurant

We stayed very well in this very comfortable building with a large parking lot, very welcoming and bright restaurant with very available service staff is always available to the clientele!excellent kitchen and pizzeria since we ate for 3 nights we alternated in the choice of one night pizza, then another night pasta and the third night meat and fish.Everything was excellent! typical Italian dessert fresh and very good and on Sunday we were recommended a cake from the very good waiter.The rooms are very clean, the very professional and kind direction is always available is always there!thank you all I hope to be able to return to you soon!

A weekend in Ackersand

We stayed here as a group of year 3 environmental students from Cardiff. I can imagine we occupied the majority of the hotel and they accommodated us well. Breakfast was buffet, usual continental type which was lovely. Dinner was also great, 3 course meals which were massive portions that accommodated for vegans and vegetarians in our group with prior knowledge to our arrival. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly even with the slight language barrier. We had our beds made and towels changed every day. On one evening one of the bulbs in our bathroom went and turned the electric off in our room. Within 5 minutes the staff had come up and checked our whole room then turned the electric back on. 
The only issue I had with the hotel was the noise and pillows. The hotel is very warm so you need to leave the balcony light on but the trams are very loud that run behind the hotel. The start at 6am and stop at 11pm. If you stay at the front of the hotel you have the noise of the road. 
Otherwise I enjoyed the hotel (not like we had a choice though) and was well suited for big groups.

Stayed as part of a university trip from Wales.

We went to the restaurant at 21:58 spontaneously and hungry and asked if it was still possible to order a pizza. It wasn't a problem that the pizzaiolo was still there and the service remained friendly. There are other restaurants that don't offer anything anymore or are annoyed when you arrive so late. The service was friendly, fast and the food was absolutely delicious... The restaurant right on the street is still quiet and convincing with a modern, inviting terrace. Also the price was very fair. We will definitely come back sometime.
