The premier inn was exactly as expected, located very conveniently but was a bit expensive.  We didn't eat there as we had other plans but the restaurant was conveniently located and reasonably sized.

A good hotel in a great central and accessible location

A comfortable, centrally situated hotel with friendly welcoming staff who went the `extra mile'. As.... getting into the lift, I dropped my phone which managed to slip down the lift shaft via the small gap between the lift and floor, (what are chances !!). The staff reassuringly said they would ask the engineers on call (this was Saturday night!) to come and retrieve it. By 9am the next morning I had my phone back and it still worked after falling down two floors!   A Big thank you to all the staff.

Friendly, welcoming staff who went the `extra mile`........

We arrived and had a very warm welcome.. 
but within minutes of arriving my mum managed to drop her phone down the lift shaft.. and it had dropped to the bottom floor.. staff were just amazing they said don’t worry! We will work something out and said her phone will be back with her by morning and not to  worry and to enjoy our stay!

Room was clean and had a very good night sleep 
Fab location 
Breakfast was nice and by morning my mum had her phone back in her hand and fully working!!!  Couldn’t complain about a single thing!! We will be back again !! 10/10 stay in London 

Staff went above and beyond!!

We were informed weeks before that the lifts (elevators) were not working.  We thought that by the time we arrived they would be , but no.  We had been on a cruise, so had lots of luggage.  The entrance looked like entering a derelict building.  The reception was on a higher floor so one had to walk up whilst the other stayed with the luggage.  On one occasion I was trapped on an upper floor as the lifts were not working and the door was shut behind me. There was no way out of the lobby.  I had to shout, kick the door until someone heard me and could open the door from the other side.  Considering its location in the theatre area of London, it was a embarrassing disgrace for Britain.   I have to add that the staff were exemplary, and I got the impression that they were embarrassed to keep apologising to all their guests.

Terrible experience

Great location. Some staff exceptionally good and some very very very rude. Nazeera and Jackie were star staff but Ralucca very rude and unprofessional. 

Relaxed short stay

Amazing location, great service  from Fernando. Team were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet considering it sits on Leicester Square. We were able to leave our luggage during the day while we explored.

Excellent Stay

Great location, acceptable price for location although still expensive compared to others but understandable given location.  Room was clean and comfortable as expected for a Premier inn and the breakfast was also as expected.

Only negative for me was a lack of opening window, made the room feel a little claustrophobic.

City break stayover

My wife and I have stayed at this Premier Inn on 3 or 4 occasions now mainly because of the great location, being so close to Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown etc. It is a fairly typical Premier Inn, decent room, comfy bed etc. On this occasion our room was on the 7th floor and I have to say it was the smallest Premier Inn room we have ever stayed in, possibly the smallest hotel room we have stayed in anywhere in the world in fact. Having said that it had everything we needed and as usual we only spent time in the room for sleeping, so no big issue.
As on previous occasions we have sometimes found service a little slow as the place seems to operate with minimal staff  so you can get situations where there is one member of staff dealing with guests checking in and those guests trying to get a drink from the bar. Having said that we have always found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful and we will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we stay in London.
