This B&B has no breakfast, you have to walk 600m to pay for a really poor breakfast. I do better at home. The room was with 3 beds, a double and two small (too small for a teenager), a tiny TV with no sports channel or in French, a large bathroom but under the covers, not very convenient and all too far from London to say to London... it's in Ealing, 30 minutes from the London subway... Well, quite passable, see poor for 135 Euros a night without breakfast! We paid 70 euros for breakfast (in the recommended and poor place) plus 40 euros to go back and forth in hotels, 285 euros that night, Uber that night, we made it to the centre of London!

Nice guesthouse, but minimalist services, see nothing.

We chose this band because of the appealing website that shows a breakfast room and a guest lounge that would be crowded with the fantastic breakfast -- none of that is true yet, so only 2 out of 5 points. We felt somehow cheated, there was no breakfast, and the reception was friendly but totally impersonal. The room was clean, except on the carpet floor with lots of stains. Tea could be made in the room but there was no milk. Breakfast can be made in Ealing.

Web site promises more than is done

I booked this bnb for a long weekend with my mom about 3 weeks in advance and after reading some reviews here I even dbl checked with an email that the reservation had gone through. (The automated confirmation email was itself a bit strange as it didn't really state the check in or out time etc). But I was assured all was in order so hey ho.

So... we arrived a bit early, my bad really, I could have guessed the check in starts at 4pm. The lovely lad at the house seemed a bit confused so we left our bags there and headed to Ealing for a coffee. When we returned we were told we were actually staying somewhere else and got given a car ride there.

So... here we were, at a completely different bnb, an extra 10 min walk away from the underground station (total of 15-20 min walk now). The girl there was lovely and helpful as best as she could and the last thing I want is to get her into any kind of trouble (our room was cleaned every day and everything was so neat and nice) but... I would've assumed somebody'd told her how much to charge us so that I dont have to find that out for her? It was all just a bit... strange. 

So... I'm not sure where we ended up staying but the room was very small, the dbl bed was very narrow, bathroom was nice and clean with a good shower, it was warm in the house. The main road was very noisy, wifi was good. We had a pleasant enough stay but I do feel a bit tricked and weird about this experience. This was not the bnb I had booked and somewhat more of a walk from the tubestation so I wish I had been given a bit of honesty here - it would go a long way and I would not be here typing all this - or if it was just a case of mistakenly overbooking us then I wish you all the best in getting your act straight. I know it's London, people will keep coming no matter what so I've learned not to get my hopes up. 

I've just typed everything as average as I have no idea what this bnb is actually like.

Unusual experience

I stayed in this typical English b&b with my family during the bridge of 2 June. I feel like sharing all the previous reviews on the structure. Amy and Oliver, the owners, are very available and make you feel really at home and at the same time have the typical English discretion. They even arranged the transfer from Stansted Airport to the b&b by taxi. I confirm everything that has been written about the rooms that are very clean and really nice even if not very big. In our case there was soap, shampoo and foam shower. As for the breakfast, it was as good as it was written by others:
