Booked for Booking in this accommodation with free cancellation (though I was still charged the fee before I arrived).I cancelled the free booking and it's been a month and a half and they still haven't returned the money.Moreover, a month ago they told me that they had made a transfer, but I asked them for proof that I didn't receive the money and they acknowledged that they hadn't.I'm still waiting.

Be careful with the accommodation - Dishonest property.

I’ve recently had to cancel my reservation due to the travel restrictions/ban the country has implemented. I tried to get refunded and or get credited for my reservation which Courtfield Gardens Apartment refuse to honor. It is sad that they are not refunding/crediting their customers for their cancellations as this is something customers had no choice of doing...I feel that they are taking advantage of their customers due to this pandemic situation. If I only knew this would happen I would if never booked with them, my money was completely taken with very little excuse from their management.

Perfect neighbourhood... close to supermarket, metro and a fantastic restaurant that also makes tasty breakfasts (Garfunkels). The room is perfect, very new kitchen, clean bathroom (no bidet) and comfortable bed.

The rooms are tiny, the staff is overcrowded, not available, no manager on site to help with the problems, everything is for the professional's benefit, I'm very disappointed in this housing, it's rare to find housing of this low quality.

That's unfortunate.

The first impression was that it was all pretty big... big room... the second look led us to the bathroom... and right out! No towels, no towels. - which the other rooms had as standard. Unfortunately, nothing was done after the complaint. Towels didn't come until after I went downstairs three times. Unfortunately, there was still no one there. We would NEVER book the hotel again.

The owner is a bit dishonest. Book the apartment through a booking website and since you can't charge by card, he asks you to make a transfer within 24 hours. An international transfer takes 4 or 5 days. Although I reply to the mail telling him that I'm going to make the transfer because of a problem with the bank, the money is not sold on the day of the order. I warn him I'm going to send him a new email to tell him that I'm going to make the transfer again and he replies that I don't because he already has it reserved for a new client, although on the web my booking was still active.

Apartment very well located in London very clean... very well equipped but unfortunately very very very small for three people. Two power outlets failing TV does not run anyone to explain...... good c is London well on but still!

Courtfield Gardens

I will start from the end - I did not sleep in this property eventually.
I booked the apartment long time prior to my arrival, and payed the requested deposit. The correspondance with the owner was fine, and I got answers to my questions. About 2 months before my arrival, I asked her something regarding late checkout, and recieved the answer that it won't be possible. Totally ligitemate so far. However, at this point, the owner probably decided I ask to many questions, and tried to give me an education lesson by email. I realized that accomodating there might be unpleasant, and cancelled my booking. From now on, the owner wasn't reachable be e-mail. I asked/reminded few times her to refund my deposit, and guess what - no comment. Luckily I booked through booking.com, and they refunded me instead after several weeks. I understand from other reviews that the apartment is nice and has benefits, yet, you don't let a client chasing you for money you owe him, no matter what.
I found easily a great apartment instead, without such issues...

Problematic policy and behavior

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities, the area is quiet, green and 5 minutes from the metro station, just a short walk from Tesco, Waitrose, Pret a manger and several restaurants.

Ride to London

I've been staying in the apartments of Courtfield Gardens these days. The apartments are comfortable, with a Mel bathroom and a nice kitchen. The kitchen has both the normal oven and the microwave. Having a celiac baby girl I found myself divinely. Very close there is a large supply Sainsbury... and also an ask Italian restaurant with good pizza.
