Just back from a one night stay in The Manor Farm and it was a much needed break in a fantastic place that completely surpassed any expectations I may have had. Rachel & Dom were just naturally nice and easy going people and you could tell with the lovely place they own that they take real pride in it and how they run their business. Amazing setting, a beautiful room, and a full English breakfast that truly would be impossible to 'better'. Poached eggs, never had better (and I've had lots, they're my favourite egg type!). We were also shown around a camping pod by Dom as we will definitely be returning, again, really, really nice and homely. Thank you so much. It was a short getaway for both me and my partner that we won't forget. Fantastic.

Beautiful

Absolutely lovely stay , the accommodation is just so beautiful and clean. The Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The hosts are really friendly and helpful I’m looking forward to my next stay at this beautiful place. My dog was made welcome and even doggy treats for him .

Just perfect

The accommodation is of a very high standard.  The room was spotless and had everything required during our stay. Comfortable large bed. Ample tea coffee etc. and homemade biscuits. Bathroom with special toiletries and luxurious towels.  Breakfast was huge  cereals fruit and a choice of main. Fruit juice tea and coffee and homemade bread and marmalade. 

We have just returned from our second stay .  Our experience was as excellent as previous. 

Friendly and welcoming hosts and a relaxing and comfortable few days B&B. This authentic old Lincolnshire farmhouse on a working farm is full of character and a well cared for, lovely place. Reached by a lane that takes you well away from the main road. Our room was well appointed and spotless and there is a good selection of things to have for breakfast. We found it faultless and it will be top of our list for return visits.

Great place to stay

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend break at Manor Stay Bed and Breakfast. Dom and Rachel are the perfect hosts and are very friendly.
The rooms are a good size and have a lovely en-suite. Everything was beautifully clean and the extra touch of homemade cookies on arrival in our room was wonderful.
The breakfast was of excellent quality and the homemade bread and marmalade was delicious.
Would definitely return here when visiting Sutton on Sea again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great little Bed and Breakfast in rural location 

This was our second stay at Manor Farm Stay in 4 months! The hospitality of Rachel and Dominic is second to none and every aspect of their B&B is of an exceptionally high standard. Our room was extremely comfortable and the homely touches appreciated, as were the oat biscuits and fresh milk! It’s heartwarming to stay at an environmentally conscious B&B and wonderful to see how Dominic and Rachel have achieved this and strive to run their business eco friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we shall definitely be booking another stay in the future! Thank you.

Unreservedly recommend Manor Stay Farm!

Wish we had booked for a week! Absolutely perfect accommodation. We were made to feel really welcome, and given lots of useful information about the local area, seals and where to eat. Rachel and Dom have that perfect mix of being around when needed but giving plenty of space too. The room was lovely, beautiful bedding, comfy bed, cookies and the perfect arrangement for milk! Great shower, fluffy towels and warm even in this chilly November. The breakfast was delicious, served in the garden room which has a lovely area to chill out too. Situated in walking distance of the beach, lovely country walks and town centre. We came to see the seals but had the wonderful bonus of feeling cared for, comfortable and enjoyed our time with our lovely hosts

Welcoming and comfortable family farm near the beach.

We stayed here overnight and the room was a great size and nicely furnished. The bed was comfy and it had good thick curtains and the towels were lovely and thick. It’s very quiet so you get a good nights sleep. There were homemade biscuits in the room which were super tasty and a fridge outside with milk for your hot drinks. Breakfast was lovely with good quality ingredients. The only thing I would change is to have a bottle of water in the room.

We have just spent 3 nights here in a Glamping Pod ( one of 3 built by the owner- Dom)
The farm setting is lovely, quiet and peaceful.
Our pod was quite big inside with absolutely everything you could want to make your stay very comfortable
A very comfortable double bed, shower/ wet room, table, chairs and a settee ( could be used as a sofa bed)
Also a very well supplied  kitchenette area with a “ welcome”supply of tea, coffee, milk and delicious biscuits.
We had lovely weather and sat outside in the evenings and I saw the barn owl- a bonus.
Just a lovely setting and we enjoyed our stay here.

Glamping with style

Our first experience glamping and it was excellent. Pod was kitted out with everything we needed, and was absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds, and really lovely decor. Biscuits and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch when we arrived. Location was superb, saw the beautiful barn owl swooping past at dusk and a nice view of Stanley the horse in the field near the pods. Some lovely beaches on the doorstep too. Rachel and Dom were excellent and welcoming hosts. We can't wait to visit again!
