We spent one night here and would loved to have stayed longer. Warm friendly welcome, beautiful and quiet location, cosy quaint room, clean en suite and comfy bed. Floor boards creaky in places but it's an old building! Tea and coffee provided in room and ironing board, hairdryer etc available on request. Breakfast hot and cooked to order, plenty of choice and served at a time suiting us,locally sourced delicious bacon made up for lack of mushrooms although could have had more had I asked. Great value for money and would recommend this hotel.

Perfect night away

I have stayed at this Hotel 3 times now and enjoyed every stay. Ron and Blaheen make you feel welcome. Each room I have been in have been clean, comfortable and relaxing. The English breakfast is excellent in a cosy dining room. Free parking and super fast internet which I need for my work. Owners can’t do enough for you and will be staying here again in the near future. Indian Restaurant next door is worth a visit to. Thank you again Ron and Blaheen for your kind hospitality and hope to see you again soon 👍🏼

Farmhouse Hotel

Had a short stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. Location only a few miles from Wolverhampton Centre. Warm and Friendly welcome, and  Ron & Blaheen very helpful and accomodating to ensure a pleasant stay. Lovely clean and comfortable accomodation. Great breakfast ordered to your personal requirements.

Excellent

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The attached car park  is handy as is the nearby indian restaurant. I have stayed here before and will do so in future. Would recommend this hotel. 

 

Stayed for a family function on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. We had room 4 which overlooks the cobbled courtyard and has a fabulous four-poster bed. Mein host Ron and his wife looked after us very well and made us feel right at home, and the full English breakfast really set us up for our return journey. There is also an Indian restaurant on site which although we didn't sample smelt wonderful and we noticed cottages for rent. Will have to come back again for a weekend break to make the most of the facilities. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely

Blaheen is a wonderfully caring hostess! Showing concern and calling as we were nearly 2 hrs late thanks to storm Dennis showing an appearance!! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The breakfast lounge was lovely and welcoming, offering a full english breakfast as well as cereal and toast. We are definitely going back!!

Valentine's stay

We were visiting family in Wolverhampton and booked this place after reading the reviews. We checked in on 1 of the coldest days of the year to be shown to room 8. The room was freezing and the window was open. radiator was luke warm and we were shown A fan heater that was available for use. - alarm bells began to ring.
We quickly changed as we were going out to eat. On return to the room at 10pm to find it still very cold and quickly got into bed. The mattress was horrendously uncomfortable and every spring could be felt. We both had a very poor rest as we also could not get warm. There were long dirty extension leads and the electrics looked archaic. 
Breakfast was lovely and the room was lovely and warm with the fire lit. It was very off putting when 2 guests brought their dogs into the breakfast room however. This is rather insensitive to non dog owners. 
A hotel of this rating would also have expected to have a hair dryer in the room. I appreciate it is a period Property however, this is the 21st century. 
Al in all a disappointing, unpleasant experience!

Freezing cold!

Lovely country hotel, a true home from home. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I will definitely come back - this time with my wife. I have to mention that the Indian Restaurant next door is also absolutely outstanding. Thank you

A gem of a place

Lovely country hotel, staff friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble. Loved it so much Ive booked it again for next year 😊 highly recommend this lovely place. Cosy rooms, beautiful views and breakfast.

Mom and daughter chill out time

Stayed overnight when attending an event in Wolverhampton.  The hotel is very well situated for this, in a nice rural spot, just out of town.  The room (1) we had was lovely, with a big fireplace, armchairs and comfortable bed.  Breakfast was hot and freshly cooked in the beautiful dining room.  Ron the host, was extremely friendly and helpful.  Would highly recommend the hotel and the next visit has already been booked for my husband and 2 sons, for their next event in Wolverhampton in a couple of weeks time.
