We spent 5h on site just before Christmas with my 5 year old daughter... it was magical! the hotel is very clean, the facilities are very good, the rooms (in our case) are large and modern, the wellness area is very nice, and the 2 restaurants do the job... the food is not extraordinary... at the same time we are in the laponie not known for its culinary pedicure! but the setting of the hotel by the lake allows you to see the aurora borealis, to be close to the house of Santa Claus, to do many activities (snowmobile, ice skating, cross-country skiing, raquing, snowballing, wood chamellowing...) The hotel also offers a nice piece of clothing in a cool and finally despite the -30°C valve... with the feeling of being on the other side of the globe, it is a good place to feel the heat, and so on.

Top hotel to do without hesitation!

Stayed here for one week in a 2-3 persons cabin, 810.
Lovely memories of this trip. We saw the Northern light 3 times.
Staff at reception desk, restaurant, cleaning and guides are friendly and helpful.
Meals were good, buffet style, no complaints except for the drink prices...8-9 € for a beer and starting from 35€ for a bottle of wine.
We had an "all in excursion program" which was perfect organised and very good performed ! Great and safe assistance from the guides.
Must say that it was the second time that we did the same type of excursions but this was in another place and the ones who are available here at Jeris were, (except for the icehotel which was a huge disappointment compared with the one we saw in Levi),  were longer and better.
The thermal suite and other accessories which are provided are very good and clean !
Please note that the 4-6 person chalets are quite a hike uphill from the reception/restaurant, can only recommend these when you have a car !
Can highly recommend this resort and we would surely like to come back again.

It's a very nice, very clean building and very well-organized facilities. Beautiful location, it feels like living in a dream full of snow. Great food and great staff. Thank you for the kindness and quality of service.

A magical experience

Great vacation in Lapland, a full hotel with sauna where you can end up with a bath in the lake, these top entertainers to introduce us to Lapland, annexes with her sled dogs and her reindeer, her lunch in the ice igloo, beautiful Lapland.

Holidays in Lapland

A great location in the middle of nature, spacious rooms, a team of chefs, waitresses, friendly and professional guides. Multi-activities: cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, racketing, hole fishing, sled dogs, reindeer, sauna, etc... Ideally located by a frozen lake.

The top of the fairy!

We had a great week, great expeditions, good cabin and good food, but unfortunately with a very unpleasant finish, the suitcase was very badly damaged, the employee just dropped it off without saying anything, the hotel doesn't take over the damage.

Good vacation, but... food, service and cabin were good, expeditions very good, suitcases broken by employees.

Multi-activity stay in CSE group organized by living rooms. room, bathroom, perfect bedding, quiet assured. hotel doors are open 24/4, no code, no parking barrier, (keys stay on the room doors..like on snowmobiles). impeccable catering and staff. total immersion in the lakefront forest, adding saunas and it's only happiness. no time to get bored thanks to the multiple activities, excursions, randos, night chalet, dog and reindeer sled walk, back skiing, racket etc.... one week in another world. Thanks to Celia and Fifi Olivier.

magical

Great location, great staff, fantastic scenery, right by the national park, very good cuisine. We felt very comfortable in this winter wonderland. Excursions were great, especially the Husky ski ride. Nice to be back. Thank you very much.

The perfect winter dream

This hotel is simply brilliant. It has no airs or graces cos it does need anything. The jerisranta cabins are lovely and plenty of room with a changing entrance clothes dryer lounge / kitchet. You even have your own little sauna. The facilities at the hotel are just what you need unless you want down hill skiing. Snowshoes to cross country skiing to snowmobiles. We came with Regency travel and bought a ultimate Lapland experience which had everything we wanted. The hotel is full board and the food is lovely and plentiful. All the staff are lovely and friendly nothing is too much. 
I would defiantly recommend it no questions. If you are looking for night life and parties maybe go else where. If you are looking for price and quite and a real slice of Finland this is the place. At night you can venture out on to the lake and hope to see the north lights.

The thermal clothes they give you are excellent quality and really do the job over your own warm clothes. ( boots, all in one, socks and balaclava, mittens with wool liners). They also do a good line in real ales.
Negatives really only that drink is pricey, but that is Finland all over, we brought some with us to have in the cabin and no real lounge area in the hotel but there is a bar and you can us the restaurant area which over looks the lake. 

Also recommend you use the sauna world which is in the hotel grounds great place to watch the sunsets, get a massage and enjoy the 4 types of sauna.

Fab / excellent / book it

Very nice on the shore of a (frozen) lake in the woods. Very quiet, friendly staff. Rooms large enough, clean. A huge number of outdoor activities possible, among others offered by the Harriniva group. Aurora Dom spectacular when the northern lights prevail. Good restaurant.
