To avoid: Despite a confirmed reservation when I showed up there were no rooms available (commercial fair reason...) but the hotel still took 54€25 as if I had never shown up and we were several in the same case...since despite several emails sent and phone calls to this hotel and to the general management no refunds have been made to date and this since May.

Poor aftermarket service

Despite the exceptional situation, the question of highway access, the availability of restaurants in the vicinity and large area with gallery. The hotel lacks seriousness in its management, this is the first time an ibis budget does not match the quality of the many ibis we have visited. Lack of breakfast attendance, and very poor cleaning. Simplistic breakfast, croissants, chocolate bread and sticks placed in wooden casket, no small plate or cup for butter and jams, etc. Unlike other comments, the pictures were fresh. The question of cleaning, not unhealthy, but very neglected. More alert to s no 10 minutes later, explanation, at lunch, but we did not see the person until 5:15 pm, but when we saw the fire, we stopped and ate the breakfast.

This is a very disappointing situation that should not have happened. Seven underage athletes were left without a room on the eve of a BMX European event, despite having made reservations two months in advance. The staff had agreed to a late check-in, but the room was sold to other guests for a better price just an hour before their arrival.

This is unacceptable and could have had serious consequences for the athletes' performance in the competition. It is a shame that such a situation occurred, and it should be reported and addressed to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Overall, this is a terrible situation that highlights the importance of responsible and ethical business practices in the hospitality industry. It is crucial that hotels and other establishments honor their reservations and commitments to their guests, especially when it comes to underage athletes who are traveling for important competitions.

Esperienza pessima 

Four rooms booked two months ago and given to the best bidder on the day of check-in. 12 people including 7 young BMX athletes left on the street at 8pm.

PESSIMO Hotel with unreliable management

A flight!!!!!! booking made on the Accor hotel website for the night of 19 May. Arriving on site, no room available, no respect on the part of the person having the reception you have to sleep outside on the picnic table I don't have a room I'm not going to make it for you No solution to offer. Several customers in the same situation.... I contacted Accor hotel for a refund because well on the cash is made from the first day of opening my bank... The customer service contacted the hotel, the return of the head of the establishment We didn't have a problem with this: there was a 10 anine of this situation.

A hotel that shouldn't even exist anymore!!!!

A disaster. A flight! Problem with the booking. A number that is supposed to be accessible 24/7, unreachable... messages and emails left unanswered by management. When we contact customer service ACCOR, a refund request refused!!! Clean level, hall (the little I saw) not very clean. A person at the reception who does not have the required level of English to welcome foreigners... Not how.

Let's get out of here!

Nothing too much to say part it was nice we were welcomed at night by the way the staff I was dealing with was very nice, courteous is available so nickel I've never stayed too much in hotels but the service I got seems to be at the right price level that I put

Nothing to say. It was cool.

I wonder how this hotel is still part of the ibis chain. Very dirty room, not even toilet paper, the TV doesn 't work. Not to mention the dirt, the horrible toilets! For breakfast nothing, little bread and croissant that made Paris daker not even bread or coffee.

We couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet and we gave up the idea of taking a shower. Not to mention the state of the toilets!!!
