We're regulars of first class hotels, but we're in this one for the first time. The welcome was well deserving of a first class hotel, the staff available. But in front of the bed is too hard, and we had a tear mattress, and the double bed we had the mattresses barely moved as we moved. We reported the tear to the staff, the next morning they apologized and apologized. It's true that tearing the mattress is not acceptable but if we saw it at the time of our visit the staff would have offered us a solution.

Lovers' holidays

I know a hotel at this price is cheap, but there's a minimum, we were two people a tiny wipe, no shower gel, no cup... a little too spartan... yet we often take this hotel chain and never disappoint.

A bad experience

Very basic, extremely small rooms - and I mean small so are so small they have communal showers. No towel in my room, I had to ask for one. Cars coming into the car park at all hours of the night. I think part of the hotel is being USD to house migrants. Work vans everywhere.

Extremely basic and very small rooms

Very tight room space, no room for luggage, warm water in the evening, barely hot in the morning, breakfast booked but canceled because of non-delivery, we have to manage to find a place to eat hungry...

Not satisfied

I found this awful hotel, it's not true that it's a first class, it's a Formula One.

It's horrible.

You've booked a room in this F1. At the address given, it's not an F1 hotel, but a first class hotel. You tell yourself that you're wrong, you're looking all over the small town of Bucheres. Then you learn that the hotel in question has become a first class. Why haven't you been informed? You don't understand, but you think it might be better. With toilet and shower inside. Yes but no hot water in the morning and no Savon distributor. And on Sunday morning, you're told that the bread hasn't been delivered for breakfast.

If you like bad surprises

Unfortunately I’ve had to spend a few nights here over the years while travelling racehorses through France. I will not be staying there again, it has been worse every time I have stayed! 
The website states it’s taking precautions because of COVID-19, I didn’t see any precautions being taken. Communal toilets and showers not being cleaned between use. No had basins in the toilets, the place stinks of stale cigarette smoke, paint peeling, huge potholes in the car park, it doesn’t feel safe there being a woman and the building looks like it’s about to fall down! In a nutshell the place is a health hazard!! 

Disgusting! 

The parking lot with the grid is broken, the front of the very old building is broken, garbage bags full in the yard this F1 would need a good refurbishment both inside and outside.

Needs to be renovated

We have regularly used this hotel as a cheap overnight stop on our journey to our from the Alps as it is so convenient for access to the motorway.
We have had breakfast at F1 hotels many times and yes, it's cheap so don't expect much but I expected a little more than watered down orange juice! 

Breakfast seems to have done downhill! 

Parking and façade in a pitiful state. No more parking security (damages with a new car). No more customers on our arrival, unreassuring. Non-existent home (worse still, they see us and leave??). Dirty shower, only one breakfast planned per room despite the seizure of 2 occupants, we just have to pay 2 more while the buffet is empty. There are 3 unfortunate pieces of bread left fighting in a duel!! People of color live visibly here. To my great surprise, clean and well-presented rooms. I almost ran away. I advise you to do the same before booking.
