the price is more then correct.
it's not the most clean hotel or the most quite hotel (as there is a bar and restaurant below) but for this price you can not be disappointed.
after all it's a good hotel for this value (80 euro for 4 pers)

not modernized but very  good bed & good value

Average hotel, the emphasis is more on the restaurant than on the hotel, average room, for the price,53€ no reception must pass through the bar/restaurant. When the barman arrives asks us the price of the room and not the reference number, she hands us the cash ticket to pay right away!!! Then after a few explanations we give us the keys. After climbing the 2 floors by a very narrow staircase..... We are in the clean room, medium room carpeted and comfortable, small TV, large bathroom with bathtub made of plastic no soap, no shampooing of cups or glasses etc... note reception on the site, not very clean clean! let's get back to the bathroom!

Not top of the world!

Car parking is easy on the street outside and we were given adjoining rooms on the first floor.Its basically a restaurant with rooms and as such only offers minimum standards of accommodation i.e. no soap provided. Breakfast was a disappointing pre wrapped croissant and one packet of instant coffee between five of us!
The upside is that the beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms huge and the staff very friendly. Would we stay again ? You bet, superb value and buy breakfast at one of the local cafes.

Best Bed I have ever Slept in.

The people at this place are liars and insolent. Avoid this place. Poor service. The room was still unpacked when we arrived and they gave us another one smaller than the original. No communication between the staff, the housekeeper shouts that we have to clear the room while we're there for two nights and wanted to go in with her keys without permission. Broken chair, short sheets to go into bed, you can see the light through the window, shower and toilet crade.

Don't ever come to this restaurant

Used the hotel as an overnight stay after catching a late ferry from the uk....there is no free parking as described, all on street...luckily we ere on motorcycles so we parked on the pavement ...no free toiletries as promised on the advert, but basic and suited our needs.

Overnight stay

Stopped over one night on the way to the northern Netherlands, fantastic price for the quality of room and as an added bonus a great restaurant. Hosts and clientele were very friendly and accommodating.

Would and will recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accommodation and or food in Dunkirk.

Excellent stop over.

We discovered this hotel almost by chance... the room is spacious... very large bathroom... excellent bedside table. Located near the beach. The boss Gianni is very nice. We will return to it on our next visit to Dunkirk.

It's a good hotel!

Super welcome, super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend a restaurant and bar with a superb atmosphere. Price more than right for good quality dishes. In short, if you want to have a nice week, please do not hesitate.

That's great.

We booked little italy not expecting much at all as it was so cheap ! We paid £29 per person for two nights each ! Less than £15 a night.

We did not get breakfast really with this as they had left packet croissant this was ok, there are gorgeous patisserie parlours near by as well as a super market with gorgeous fresh bread counter.

We ate both evening in the restaraunt it reminded me of old England when people had fun, they laughed and sang and just had a lot of fun

We where made to feel welcome and looked after

The beach is minutes away and it's clean and pretty the restaraunts and I e cream parlours all seem to be very good and the moules frites was fab we had for lunch

There is a nice cream parlour with Nutella ice cream ( amazing ! )

It's not super posh what do you expect for the price ? 

For me it was just a great place great staff super friendly and all I could want.

If your posh and prim and proper and don't like to laugh smile or have fun then you will need to pay more to be miserable :)

Highly recommend little Italy and try the Gina Pizza it's just gorgeous

When I went to Dunkirk for a concert on April 18, 2015, I had booked a room a few weeks before so I could stay there for a weekend. Only when we arrived (14h), the hotel was closed (locks, door) no indications! I called out a young man who came out of a small door facing a narrow and unwelcoming corridor... he told me to call the boss!
