Service not up to standard: unreplaced towels although requested. Unreplaced shampoo and soap, no tringle to stretch the towels, only one belt to hang his belongings. Toilet and shower open on the room. I strongly disagree.

Four nights on a business trip.

Lack of professionalism. does not respond clearly to booking mail and does not take into account the request. Unfortunate welcome. I do not recommend for collective bookings. I strongly discourage, unfortunately there is little choice without this city...

A nice night in a room that's very nice for the price... clean and pretty big with a bathroom open on the room and very functional Small bottle of water as a gift as well as shower gel and shampoo... small dej correct, served at the table, in a relaxed atmosphere... very good quality price ratio

It's a nice room, it's well equipped, it's very comfortable, but a few tasks here and there... can do better... the little guy has nothing special.

He deserves a little refreshment.

Friendly staff and has your ears. Hotel restaurant of good quality and good price ratio. Comfortable and simple room. C+ to TV. Close to shops and centre with restaurants on foot.

Simple and well equipped room

We often go down to lunch at noon. We have never been disappointed with the quality of the meal, however, on the service level we are thankful that there are the two little boys! The executives are not at all pleasant and even arrogant! They can thank the two little boys who kill themselves for their restaurant! What's more, they are publicly picked up by the bosses while they do everything they can to satisfy the customers! We are increasingly disappointed with the two managers while we love the menus... Too bad!

Two-course dining at the right menu for 17.9€ the entrance - dessert: choice and right dish. friendly and dynamic home. I still find the plates not too full. But it remains a restaurant in the top 10 in the cave area

Lunch as a couple

Located right in the city centre, the hotel had to be recently renovated. It's cozy, simple, with an effort on the decor rather design. The room is small but rather pretty and comfortable. The bunk is very nice. I took a room in the back that was very quiet. The reception is friendly, the service very well, you can dine on the spot the table is good. Only the bemool, arrived earlier than planned, took me 6pm to open the hotel (there is a pre-emptive number available but the hotel is closed in the afternoon...). Good price ratio.

A small, comfortable design hotel

The price of this hotel creates an expectation that this hotel, although charming, is not able to live up to. The restaurant is very nice and offers a good space for meals with family, friends or couples and I suppose in a town this small there is little competition. The room made an effort for decor but was very small with room for a bed only. There was no desk to speak of, only a ledge. The bathroom is open to the room with the thought of a dividing wall and absolutely no door, directly next to a sink and shower. Alone this might be fine but rather unmanageable in a couple or with a friend. A rack for a closet with one or two hangars. Breakfast is not included and costs a whopping 7€ although having tried to go elsewhere in town that is actually a good price and one of the better breakfasts with pastry, yogurt and coffee. If the price had been 40 or 50 € night my review would come from that perspective. For a small town with such minimal activity and choice this price was outrageous. Come to Italy's Piedmont region and for 80€ you can sleep and eat like a queen. Obviously city prices are higher but this place was just too humble to ask that much.

Disappointing but still charming

I stayed at the hotel last April and the experience was wonderful. although at first glance it doesn't seem like it, once you enter, you realize that the hotel is frankly fine, both the cafeteria-restaurant and the rooms. The rooms are completely remodeled, each one is different from the other and is beautiful and pleasant. The breakfast is great and the dinner is still better. There is wifi throughout the hotel and it works perfectly. And the best of all is the treatment of the owners; simply fantastic. In short, a magnificent hotel to which I would return without thinking twice.
