Unpleasant welcome, we were welcomed by a lady who shouldn't do this profession. Sensitive soul refraining from changing profession madam for the sake of being customers!!!

Bad social experience

Exceptional location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very pleasant welcome. We will return without hesitation. A beautiful lake view. Really the top. The only downside is that the curtain that serves as a fence for the children's room, does not cover the window enough and the children wake up early.

A very worn-out 8 cm mattress from the dust on all the elements of the apartment, heating equipment that works from time to time and is too old to warm the house well, so it was cold, and when we asked the receptionist he said that we had to move them to make it work better... Lighting is a heavy charge the apartment has to come. Nothing warm. The bed is a waste and offers all kinds of comfort. Disappointing

Exceptional location, breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. We were at the end of the house, quietly. Well located, 5 minutes walk from the center. Integrated dishwasher. Small disappointing details: - uncomfortable pillows, all raplapla and no moisture - insufficient kitchen utensils for 4 - aging and uncomfortable bed

The apartment was a duplex with a terrace and a view of the lake.Quality/price well although you should not be fooled by the price because most things are paid for (apartment wireless, TV, sheets, towels, mascot,...) Still the price is reasonable compared to the prices in the area.

The right apartment in a spectacular location.

It is a pleasant family residence with a stunning view that always amazes us every time we wake up! The staff is really friendly and available, the services offered meet all the needs of vacationers. And to make sure nothing is wasted, the location is perfect for hiking, access to nearby shops or cable car. We will return with great pleasure!

Nice family residence with a beautiful view!

A spoiled, apparently dirty family stay and very worn out furniture.The worst part is a water leak followed by a 24-hour water outage (at this time we still don't have water).

Running away

Very well situated residence, beautiful view, swimming pool... A bemool for housekeeping entrusted to holidaymakers in these times of pandemic, housekeeping should be done by qualified companies... disinfection, viruses... We had a very good stay in Loudenvielle but our back pain has all the wakes, will not allow us to rest, the studio mattresses are very thin and not suitable for the weight of adults.

Very nice village and well located residence on the lake of LOUDENVIELLE - calm and quality - T2/5 spacious for 2 people and well arranged - bed comfort to visit - friendly and available staff - Always happy to return every year to this quality residence.

THE SOULANE is an excellent resort in the Pyrenees

It is true that the view is impeccable, on this lake with the reflections of the mountains, we could stay there for hours! Unfortunately, the residence itself is not at the height and is very old. The bed protectors had not been replaced when we arrived, we found fragments and hairs on the protectors! Moisture spots appear everywhere in the water rooms. And it is extremely noisy: VMC that makes a bucket of all the devils and moves every night and morning over our breasts!
