A warm welcome after a big disappointment at the Blue Pavilion Hotel, which had simply forgotten my reservation (in fact a date mistake they didn't want to acknowledge). The Comfort Hotel certainly doesn't have the charm I was looking for but it is comfortable and convenient, and a very special mention to the woman who received me at almost 8pm and made my mood better.

Warm welcome

Badly located hotel in the back of a business district far away from Orleans, room without office, on the toilets you hit your knees on the sink so the shower room is so tiny, no blinds or the possibility to see the outside (opaque glass!), all this for a minimum of 90€... despite the friendly reception and the proper breakfast, I won't go back to it because I think it's worth a maximum of 60€

very expensive for a tiny chambre

- radiator and vmc that make a crazy noise (happily the vmc stops after 5 minutes when you turn off) - no sound control you hear the neighbor snoring - dry hair off-duty but of course nothing to mention it - on the side of a very busy road still sound control - no screws to the wrists of the doors of the shot it moves (with the communicating rooms it's great if you want to have a drink with your neighbor.... but don't forget you'll hear him snoring) How can an establishment have 3 stars in these conditions? it's the TV on the wall that's worth it?

Three stars?

The hotel is located in a shopping area which allows you to choose to go to a nearby restaurant The staff is nice Don't expect to eat in a three star restaurant The quality is average but for a meal you will be fine I had a room that didn't go directly to the expressway and I felt like even the expressway and the people who were outside The room was clean and nothing to blame about the room For 98€ I find the service quite expensive

Price for the quality proposed

The staff is nice. But it's horrible, the feeling of sleeping in an HLM, people chatting outside until 11:00, three fire alarms at night, a dirty meal.

The evening stage

A hotel that does the job for the price. Comfortable beds, smiling staff, closed parking at night, attention to very small rooms. An air conditioner that refused to work however, and impossible to open the window because the sound insulation is largely based on it, and people smoke regularly in front of the reception.

Positive: - Good cleanliness on arrival - Room with large bed, bathroom with Italian shower - Free parking (sufficiently large) - Wi-Fi included in the room that works very well - Very good service from the whole team - Large wall TV large screen - A building with 2 floors (stairs, no elevators, note for those who would have large and/or heavy luggage) - Good bedding - Parking secured with code at night - Secure entrance with code for the main building (restaurant building separated from the building where the rooms are located)

Good hotel but in a craft/commercial area

Very warm and very pleasant hotel, very attentive to people, very accessible and well maintained room. very good and well presented meals with fresh products, hotel recommended, thank you very much to Adeline for the hospitality

· Very friendly outdoor telephone reception by a warm staff · Despite the internet presentation of this hotel, no one at the reception, the room is open and the key laid on the bed no food tray no breakfast dirty room with a trace of excrement on the bathroom tile, the previous customer lacking paper..... no blindfold and the parking in front is lit all night

What to Avoid

The hotel has a good bunk, it's pretty clean and the staff is polite which is already a good base. I enjoyed the ecological approach: glass glasses instead of plastic and liquid soap dispensers instead of small single-use bottles. The room also has a kettle, coffee and tea table. Some bemoles: lack of sound insulation with neighbors, I never managed to get the climate and travel people installed at the foot of the window to work.
