This hotel is very well located, the room is quiet, clean and the bathroom is very nice and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I recommend it.

Very pleasant hotel: beautiful, clean, very friendly reception, very well located, and very comfortable beds! A rich and delicious lunch! I came as part of my work, with a talented and exceptional person who also loved this hotel! I will return to each of my trips to Nice!

It's perfect.

Where do I start? The pictures of the outside entrance that are on here are fake because the entrance is not like that. The entrance photos on here of the stairs are also not like the place is, the walls have got no wallpaper on them & as I entered my coat pressed against the wall and I ended up with orange brick dust staining my white coat. Then as I got to the top of the stairs to reception (carrying a lot of luggage) I was horrified to learn that my room was on the 5th floor & I had to go up a narrow spiral staircase. It nearly killed me getting to my room. Then I struggled to get the key to work. By the time I entered the room & saw the inside of it & the bathroom I was ready to cry. There was no shampoo or shower gel, just a tiny bar of soap. The radiator stopped working & there was only a sheet on the bed so I was freezing. I did get up during the night & put a blanket on that was in there but that didn't make much difference either. The sheets actually felt dirty to the touch, a bit rough too. The pictures on here are a lot better than what you see. I've put 4 of mine on which make it look better than it is too. When I got back late there was a group of guys sat in the downstairs part which is derelict, it may have been a bar? As I was entering the code to get in one of them opened the door & was very abrupt asking me what I was doing. I said I'd got a room & he asked me to show him the key, I did & he let me in. I felt very vulnerable & quite scared as I was on my own & I didn't know what they were up to.

Awful.

It was during the Women's World Cup, I didn't have much choice... but to pay 159 euros for this quality, hey. From the front more than fresh to the unlikely reception in a garbage cafe, to the corridors/stairs with bare wires, carpet and carpet torn... to the dirt of the room and... especially from there bathroom... not to mention the broken toilet seat... to an invisible TV.

Horrible scam.

If only I could give it a 0. First of all the pictures are stolen from another hotel, they are not what the hotel actually looks like. We didn’t mind at first and thought for a cheap price, it will be fine for the night. 

We got into bed around 1am and me and my partner were falling asleep. We kept hearing rustling in one of our bags, but we tried to ignore it and fall asleep. At one point I put my head up to look and something ran out of the bag. My boyfriend rang the reception and he came to the room. He said from the 5 years he has worked there, there has never been mice. He tried to convince us that we were making it up and there wasn’t anything there. He tied the bag up where the noise was coming from and placed it on top of the cupboards and said that will be fine, and then left. 10 minutes on and we can still hear rustling in the bag so we called him up again. He opened up the bag, which had sealed packs of super noodles in and the super noodle pack had been opened, he looked through the whole bag and said nothing was there. I then said the noodle bag was closed and it had a big tear on it, he then tried to say that a mouse couldn’t have done that, pulled a pack of noodles out of the bag and then there it was, the mouse flung out and ran off. I was MORTIFIED. 

He then moved us to another room, but we could still hear scratching. We didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning the man had left and there was a different gentleman there, we asked him to come up to the room with us whilst we got our stuff out, just in case the mouse appeared again. He refused numerous times to come up with us but he eventually did. I had to change my top so I went into the bathroom, and there it was. The mouse dead on the floor right near the shower. He then picked it up with a tissue and acted like nothing had happened. 

I am absolutely disgusted with the hotel and do not recommend that anyone stays here. Even just for a cheap night stay because it’s worth nothing and needs to be shut down.

MICE

Hello, We were in Paris for one night we were horrified by this hotel! Don't go there it's a horror... we were welcomed into the hotel's restaurant and then directed to our room! Everything is out of time, upholstery, tiles, dirt, laundry... TV out of its base, no blinds, in short it was a crazy night... I add photos below! to escape

It's going to burn!

We were going to make the week of the bountiful 2019 excellent position for the media and the center of the country but zero points for hotel and a topica non-existent entrance rooms ugly and full of mold including the shower that makes you want to go through the wash very arrogant and rude owner we had a problem with the payment did not do anything to solve I had to do everything I with my bank in milan very old structure and lack of advice do not go get better around

Holidays

The hotel is generally quiet. Although soundproofing is the weak point, depending on the position of your room, you may be uncomfortable. The balance is useful.

Nice hotel with variations at times

A little trick: you have to move the bed to reach the socket, if you want to check your phone and charge it, knock down broken toilets to replace them, the location is perfect for the subway and the neighborhood atmosphere.

Good quality price ratio

The only thing that matters is its geographical location. Very modest, very noisy and rarely cleaned room. Bathroom with mold, water pressure preventing taking a shower, avoided. Uncomfortable bedding, soundproofing of the rooms that allows you to live with your neighbor, not terrible reception and the smell of permanent grail.
