Only hotel in the city, well placed in a quiet street (the campsite is opposite and on the Seine). The manager is very friendly and very welcoming. The room is of correct size, the bedding is comfortable, but the decoration deserves a refreshment as well as the bathroom. It is clean though. On the other hand, I suffered from heat and slept with the window open when it was mid-April. It had been a nice sun but the bottom of the image was cool though. My room was on a leaf not accessible from the room and without a curtain, so I closed the curtains serving air and went to the light to be able to get out of the terrace after the morning without knowing the possibility of arriving the terrace was not occupied but was asked to be a lunch or a bathroom, so if I had not been in the hotel for two minutes, then I would have had to take a bath and drink a little more, so if I had not been able to get out of the terrace after the next morning, I would have refused to eat lunch, but if I had not been in the hotel, I would have been asked to choose a small

Very friendly welcome but a little update would be necessary

Unfortunately, we had a rather mixed experience at the Tower Hotel. The three-bedroom, tight, that we had requested, was under the roof, and it was really hot, even when the window and the window were open. The bathroom had to be at most 2 m2. Just the space for a small sink, shower and toilet. No closed garage for bicycles. A wifi code that didn't work.

Have a good breakfast.

A reasonable price for breakfast and a real plus at a time when many hotels are far too expensive (€15 and above). On the other hand, you have to explain to the kind host that when you ask for a CB to confirm your booking, you NEVER ask for the cryptogram and that if you book through specialized sites - which I always avoid if I can - you don't give the number to people but to machines through secure payment sites.

It's not necessarily a bad thing.

Stayed one night at the end of April 2019. Room on the 2nd floor worthy of an improved attic, no functional phone, with 2 floors without elevator!!) plenty of ants in the bathroom sink!!!!!!!!! and no wifi despite the code given at the reception. After breakfast the next morning (paying but correctly though) we went to pay the bill, we explained to the receptionist this morning the phone's inoperability, the inoperability of the wifi as well as the presence of many ants, we had the right to mock you then you didn't have any luck ........ for a small room at the reception, we waited for 90€ at night, without waiting for groups, without seeking any immediate compensation.

The hotel is a typical old French style hotel. where you are left to your own devices. No one offered to help with the luggage. What was presumably the owner gave me the wrong code for the Wi-Fi. There was no indication in the room as to what this was. The door to the room was warped so that it was difficult to open.  the "free parking" was a yard at the side of the house which was filled with an enormous campervan which meant that no one could get in and as there was only ever room for two cars at most it was really a non starter. Breakfast was two big chunks of baguette and a croissant with some apricot jam. Cereal choice was cornflakes or what looked  like bran flakes. Some dried fruit was available. Not very good value for money

Disappointing Overnight Stay

A hotel in the heart of the magnificent medieval town of Pont-de-l'Arche facing the confluence of the Eure and the Seine. A warm and friendly welcome of our arrival. A spacious room with a bedding allowing optimal rest. The room is quiet. Once the night is over, continental breakfast is made with fresh bread, a croissant and a glass of fresh orange juice and tea or coffee is taken in an old English setting. The only disadvantage is the nearby parking since between the houses and the parking camping cars, little space is available at the foot of the hotel. But don't worry! It only takes 4 minutes to find your car parked in the city centre.

A place to discover as much as the city of Pont-de-l'Arche

It's a real pleasure to arrive after a busy life in this quiet charming place and hotel. No noise in the rooms and the surrounding nature. It's a place to relax and recharge. The reception is quality and breakfast served at the table.

Very friendly home on arrival and departure Extra good and varied breakfast cereal jam growing orange juice (fresh) coffee hot chocolate tea on the banks of the Seine and the Eure we slept very well

Quiet and pleasant environment

A typical place by the river that is cut off from the more noisy environment. The charming and welcoming hotel meets my expectations. The rooms are clean but they would require a refreshment to be more modern while keeping the appearance soothing. As for the bedding, a spring mattress is now unsuitable in resting places. Breakfast is served, it's a plus and the place is quiet.

Resting and Resurcing

We were greeted with a smile and open arms after a long bike ride. We had a lovely local beer on the terrace and felt at home.Our luggage was in our room and I took a long soak in the beautiful tub. We took a short walk to an exquisite local restaurant .
