Apparently under new ownership as of late 2023.  Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rate was very good.  Room was very simple and basic, but clean and more than sufficient.  Outside hallway motion sensor lighting kept us up late with people coming and going long after we went to bed.  This is why I didn't give 5 stars.
We had rented a car, so I can't comment on the airport shuttle, but a person could easily walk to the airport in good weather.
They had a room service menu posted, but the manager stated that food was not readily available at the moment due to the farmers' strike.  The selections looked decent.  There are no restaurants close by that I saw.  So it might be wise to eat before you arrive, or bring some snacks.  Our room had a tiny (size of a bread toaster) refrigerator.
Overall, a very good experience, and it made catching our 6:30 am flight much easier.

Great Place For Early Morning Flight Out

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from Pau airport. Served by bus at the foot of the hotel. Very good reception with a smile. We see that the new managers are still taking their mark, but they are listening to the customers. There are bathrooms or with air conditioning, dogs are admitted with a supplement, breakfast in a room, a small outdoor living room is installed outside in front of the reception. Our room was very easy to access from the parking lot, large with a bed of 160, a small flat on the wall, request a table with screen, quite possible, with the ideal bathroom interior, a bathroom interior, a small bathroom interior, a small bathroom in the bathroom.

What a wonderful discovery

We spent one night at the hotel. Room 212. Nice reception. Spacious room. Good bed and no noise. Friends had another room that smelled a bit of humidity. But big bum: no staff on Sunday morning. No coffee machine even paying. It's a shame because we would have been delighted to have a coffee when we woke up. And we didn't know what to do with the key when we left. No staff to leave the rooms.

Good for one night.

This hotel is to be avoided, very bad management if you book on a site other than the hotel.The boss completely picks it up! The room heuuu how to say for 88th it is abused in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms, it does not justify this rate! Double charging my room and instead of the boss refunding me that my cb he made a mistake and refunded on the original site.Before 1 month to treat this problem after at least 6 calls!!!! I recommend!

The manager  boss  very very clear level intention when a single woman comes to reserve a room to believe that for this gentleman woman alone means p... shocked has avoided ladies this gentleman is looking for company in your part of a free for the night

Disappointed

Had a 6am flight out of Pau airport and this hotel seemed to be the only hotel within a 10 min walking distance to the airport. When we checked in it was raining hard and forecast was heavier rain at 4am around the time we had to walk to the airport.  They advertise a 24 hr airport shuttle (with a fee) but when I inquired about arranging a shuttle, front desk lady said “no shuttle, no taxi, everybody sleeping at 4am”.  So much for false advertisement.

Property has no elevator/ lift. Room is clean, towels are thick, heater worked well, water/shower pressure is strong. Bare minimum toiletries.  It is in a very quiet area even if it’s near the airport. We didn’t see any restaurants nor convenience store around it. Front desk has limited hours (10am-7pm). WiFi was fast. Free parking. 

**miracle of miracles: rain stopped at 4:15am when we walked from hotel to airport.

Home more than pleasant, hotel and very clean rooms Nothing to be ashamed of, I didn't get the chance to try breakfast but to see next time

Very good price ratio for this hotel at the end of the airport runway... that's why I give it 4 stars... friendly home, comfortable bed.

Excellent quality ratio price easy access at the foot of the airport Clean and quality sheets surprisingly quiet Perfect for a night before a flight the motel side fits me quite €65.55 TTC and easy parking I recommend for an early morning flight
