Booked in April for a stay on June 3rd paid 55€. Cancelled by the owner the day before we arrived for overbooking...especially when the price is 106€ today I find this practice inadmissible, and we had a hard time moving back.

This is unacceptable.

A very nice address for our family stay of 2 nights to visit the parks around the corner (very close to the feline park and then to continue our escape to Paris) Very welcome by the homeowners who make you very comfortable, you are quietly in your room or in the family garden Take the guest table option you will not be disappointed

It's a very welcoming family, the rooms are very nice, there's a very large garden with vegetable gardens, we ate very well, a great place to get out of the way not far from Paris, I highly recommend this place.

A quality stay

Hello, we spent two nights at the Tau Gite for a mourning in the area, being a little overwhelmed given the circumstances.We paid 20 more.When I realized this on my return I called the Gite who told me it will be a year and still nothing; besides having them at such a time is really painful; pay attention to your payments!!

I'm still waiting for the payback!!

A warm welcome... very comfortable and super well located to make a cut... super clean room. Family lunch... I highly recommend and we'll go back to it. Room 2 adults on the mezzanine and 2 small beds in the lower room... quiet and pleasant.

It's a great stay.

We spent three days in the Tau au Touquin cottage. The cottage offers three bedrooms. We were in the four-bedroom (for two adults and two children). The reception is very pleasant and the owners are always ready to serve. The room includes a ground floor and a mezzanine for children. Everything was perfect when we arrived. In addition, we could use a private kitchen (well for the evening). The breakfast was plenty. The cottage is located in the countryside but with bus 50, we were 30 minutes from RER Chessy and Disneyland station! We can enjoy Paris without the car! So a large cat park is 5km away! We highly recommend!!

Staying at the Touquin at the Tau's Nest

Really no We tried a second time because we have family just 50 meters away so as not to disturb, we decided to take a room next door, so that's the only one to score We're great travelers and we can tell you that here is the minimum+++++++ A towel for 2😁 and the heating you have to ask for the arrival  well let me tell you EU honeymoon is over we'll come back..never again 😁

A stay

Recently visited with two friends to visit the nearby Parc Des Felins, so this Gite was chosen as it is only a short drive away from the Parc, what a great decision. The rooms were functional, spotlessly clean and ideal to 3 friends to share, however what was so special about this Gite was the welcome and hospitality we received from the first moment we arrived, Maya, Johann and eldest daughter Liza were friendly and welcoming and made us feel like long time friends from the first moment we arrived. As the Gite is a long way way from any other bars, bistros etc we decided to take the evening meal option, again an inspired choice, al the food was home-made and lovingly prepared by Maya and Liza who is a dab hand at desserts. Over 3 nights we where presented with tasty and different food each evening, c'est manifique. After the end of our 3 night stay we were sad to leave, as it felt like we were leaving our friends. Maya and Johann thank you for making our stay so wonderful and Liza keep working on your dream to open your own restaurant. Also a special shout out for "Biscuit" a lovely friendly dog that won our hearts.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet place in the countryside, not far from Paris, the Tau Gite will seduce you! These owners are discreet and friendly. The hot table is of high quality, and Maya and her husband dined with us on the birthday party was nice.
