According to my recommendation, seven minutes from the subway station, a little old but clean, international breakfast good and right to face the day in Berlin, friendly and available staff, there was no WiFi in the room.

Visit to Berlin

I really don't think I like anything about the accommodation, I don't understand how it has so much score. It's cut, careless, dirty, it's far from the center and not very close to the train, plus the area where it's scary. In short: · The location: it's far from the center. Well connected by train, but from the train station to the accommodation the area is horrible. The towels and bedding: Please see photos of the towels, they're more than old. They have holes, they're rotten and sloppy. In the sheets we had a hole of 2 centimeters. (see photo) The views: The building where our room was in ruins (see photo) The Persian Lavas: Asquer (see photo).

Payment WIFI is cut and uncut.

This apart hotel is near the train (600 meters), parking is free in the area. There are important stairs for the rooms, not recommended for people with mobility problems, you have to climb up to four floors per staircase, no elevator. Room Large but without toiletries. No soap or shampoo, two small towels per person, no detergent to wash kitchen utensils. Only handheld, no bar to hold it. Too much smells of a cigarette, if you're not a smoker, you order a type of that type. Internet is paid, it takes very slow in the room, it cuts down every minute, and it doesn't go in common areas (for example, we would have a breakfast room in front of the same station, no wifi). There is a lot of internet available during the day, and no air conditioning, so there is no cost to land in the hotel.

It leaves much to be desired and the noise from the planes is quite annoying.

Great experience, a little far from the centre but still well connected with public transport such as metro and bus location so no problem, the rooms are very modern and clean and well maintained, we had a large well-equipped kitchen, a nice big bathroom with hair dryer and a nice bedroom with TV, and for those who wanted there is also a paid breakfast, I strongly recommend the structure, thank the staff for the availability.

Berlin in September

We had spent three nights in Berlin, for a total of about 130 euros. A train stop is a 10-minute walk away, spacious, clean room, very comfortable beds, and with some convenient sides (like a refrigerator to store food). The only drawback was the distance from the centre of Berlin, but the train made it easy to get there. We were very well received and advised for our visits. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Good price/quality ratio

Located close to Tegel airport is convenient for those arriving or departing from that airport but of course the noise of the planes, as far as I am concerned, is heard continuously. PUNTS A FAVORE: Available staff, kind. Price. Comfortable beds. Very spacious room with kitchen and bathroom with shower. PUNTS A FAVORE: The area is very desolate, dark, without shops and not recommended to walk alone at night.

Non-recommended stay

Very decent, warm, clean, comfortable and convenient apartment. Good location to visit Berlin 600 meters from transport. Friendly and available staff. Little Bemol doesn't have an elevator being on the 3rd floor a little gallant with luggage, but you forget quickly and you get there.

Stay two nights

We chose this apartment/hotel in view of the comments left by the other travellers. We are delighted with our choice! From the outside you cannot imagine what lies behind this large iron door. An absolutely adorable and smiling staff, arranging and polite. We were in room 37, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large room with two small coastal beds and two overlapping beds. The bottom bed is a little wider than the top. Our 2-year-old girl slept in this bed. The accommodation is clean, the toilet is provided with laundry as well as the bed linen (extra pillows and blankets would be available).

Extended weekend with 2-year-old

It's not far from the Wollankstraße station. Parking lots are pretty good around here. Rooms are convenient. Breakfast is fine. You have to pay extra for WiFi. Airplanes fly over the house from about 6 a.m. to midnight. You have to be able to hold out. The people at the reception are very nice. Unfortunately, there are no big towels for showering and soap. You have to take the garbage down yourself.

Where appropriate

The problem is that this hostel is out of reach, the nearest station is 6-700 m from the hotel and in the street where it is located (Wollankstrasse seems to me) there is practically nothing. The room was clean and warm, maybe a little too much. The bathrooms were also kept very clean.
