The rooms in the oasis are of VERY different quality, even in the same price category. We travelled as four and had two double rooms. One was very beautiful, big, with modern bathroom (with windows) and backwards and so quiet. The other was small, with very small bathroom (without windows and also without noticeable ventilation) and located by the road. This room was actually a presumption: across the wall running cables, cut and simply knotted cables, old repulsed furniture, poor light. Even in May (at 20 degrees outside temperature) the room was unbearable warm for minutes, and when the windows were open, no barrel of water was unbearable. But it was all: the previous room was in the shower (yet not as high as the second day), and then the room was almost as cold as it was before, and we could hardly afford to pay for it.

Only recommended for risky, noisy guests.

The Pension Oase I book 3 to 4 times a year and was always very satisfied with it. - Friendly staff - very good room equipment - Very clean always / rooms are cleaned every day - Nice staff breakfast is brought into the room - Park spaces are available - Traffic situation very good 2 min u train - Prices performance ratio TOP Conclusion I can only recommend it further very family friendly!!

Applications

Well, I spent two nights here and the price (around 30€) was really unbeatable. It was a small hotel-like family boarding house which I think is very beneficial in principle. The rooms were well furnished but the furniture was old - but very well maintained. The sanitary facilities that have to be shared (depending on the room category) are like youth hostels, but they were also clean. What really upset me and why I finally changed the hotel the next week were points like: by wheel and to a white mattress, no WiFi, relatively poor insulation. The point didn't work, which could have also relieved my deafness.

You get what you pay for...

The reception is open until 8:00 p.m. We are late, but the hotel has a phone number, and it took only 10 minutes to call the administrator. Breakfast can be ordered at any convenient time and brought to the room. Breakfast is quite dense, although standard. There is a car park in a closed area. The hotel is located almost above the metro station. It takes only 5-10 minutes to drive to the center.

A budget overnight option, although it's clearly overpriced.

Overall, the hotel (if you can it that, more of a low quality Hostle) was absolutely terrible. 
• Locks on shared bathrooms didn't work. 
• The front entrance door didn't lock.
• Carpets to filthy to walk around in bare feet.
• A very questionable round brown ball found near the bed. 
• 28• degrees and the only form of cool air was a fan, which broke when turned on full as it was that old. Then the owner threatened to call the police if we didn't pay for it. 
• Staff were useless and very very rude. 
• The shared kitchen was a disgrace, very unclean.. Mouldy out if date kippers along with off milk and animal bones made it smell quite bad.

I would strongly advise that no one stays here, I have been to Berlin a few times and never have I stayed anywhere like this or experienced rude, aggressive people.

Aggressive and incompetent.

My arrival was actually nice and friendly, the gentleman at the reception even carried my suitcase upstairs. It was strange for me that I had to show my ID (which I had never experienced in other hotels before). The room (double-bedroom with shower and toilet) was clean and comfortable, toilet and shower were also well maintained. The shock I experienced on the way out when I was accused of using both beds, which was not okay and this would normally involve higher costs. I tried to explain that I didn't use the second bed. The woman didn't want to hear this and threw out the bed was dirty.

The price is demanding!

My husband and I were very excited about the Pension Oasis. It's super clean and the staff are very friendly. The subway is two minutes from the Pension and the city is not far. We had a nice one and above all a very clean one. We would recommend the Pension Oasis to everyone.

Super pension

The subway station is very close, even for the airport. The lady is nice the rooms are clean but with shared bathroom, in return she is very clean. She does not accept credit cards but only cash. I recommend breakfast at the bakery below, very good and cheaper than the one in the pension.

Perfect for those who want to visit Berlin without too much pretence.

I was staying in this hotel many times and it was quite ok. Last week had reservation for 3 nights and just two days before my approaching got phone that someone made mistake and I wont have place to sleep. It was completly unprofessional, because hotel stuff had plenty of time to find out that theres no room for me. I havent got any offer of help or solution of the problem. Just saying sorry isnt enough. Im completly disappoited
