Everything was fine, we were very satisfied. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located near the ferry to the Danube. We would love to come back when we have another vacation on Helgoland

A great stay.

We were able to enjoy the sea view of the dunes for a week. The only thing we could do was use the mini-kitchen, which was a drop of sorrow in the apartment. The central reception has its advantages, and the island of Helgoland has a very special charm, because you can barely get to know it on a day trip.

Wonderful sea view

We were at the guesthouse for the second time and we felt very comfortable. Good equipment, pets welcome, only the mattresses we find disturbing, because they slip off the mattress - but it's absolutely a matter of taste and habit;-)

Nice, as always.

The room was ok, unfortunately right in the EG and therefore very noisy, overnight we couldn't leave parties because of the location and EG. We liked the welcome with drinks from the mini bar as well as tea bags and coffee powder in the kitchen. Everything was very clean, even the bedding was TOP. The bathroom was also clean and purposefully modern. We found this great!!! The breakfast was also inedible from the coffee pot, unfortunately also from the coffee machine.

Bad coffee but good condition

Great location on the seafront. Friendly staff. Nice, clean appartments. We had one on the top floor, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Tried to book on hotels.com and on website, but no available rooms for 2+2. Sent email directly to the hotel, turned out it was possible to sleep 4 persons i the appartment, and booked directly via email.

Great location

The size of the breakfast room is a tribute to the many people who are supposed to have breakfast here. It is too narrow and you often have to wait a long time before you get a seat, especially if you want to sit with your friends. Then you stand either the guests on the way to the buffet or the staff on the way. I also found the working conditions very stressful for their very hardworking staff. The start of the day was therefore not pleasant. We liked the room and its facilities well.

We were in the Classic Apartments for the third time now. It was very nice as always. The location is perfect and the view in Apartment 16 is fantastic. The staff at the embassy are friendly and very helpful. But since the price has risen sharply, we don't know if we can afford this again.

Great location.

For an extended weekend, the room with its location and view of the lake is perfect. Although a little small, we felt very comfortable. I wish I had a better pillow, but otherwise we had everything.

Rooms with views

A nice big room with a small kitchen and spacious bathroom. Retrostil. Good service, all friendly and helpful. Helgoland is a very nice little island with a lot of history.
