We arrived and could not believe our luck . The drive into a beautiful little park and we where greeted with such warmth that we felt instantly at home . 
Our beautiful room was very clean and spacious. 
The night was quiet  and we had every morning our breakfast,  that did not miss anything, in the most beautiful setting outside the Villa . You can reach the town Center in a short walk. Best place I ever stayed in Florence and will be back .

A good apartment, the best layout, but the kitchen didn't work. Very spacious the bed is not very comfortable. As I went in the winter I could see that the heating works perfectly, I never felt cold. It saves a lot of money being located in the center.

When I arrived at the airport in Marienplatz, I took a very long time to get to my apartment. When I finally found the street and the house, I couldn't get inside the room because there was no reception, and the phone to call the number indicated on the plate was categorically refused. Luckily, at the same time, an American settled in the room, he called the owners, and I got my number key too.

For budget rest

The worst place I've ever set foot in. I had booked several rooms to spend a few days in Munich. The complex is nothing more than a condominium where immigrants live and some rooms are intended for residences. There is no reception, the keys are taken to a nearby bar. The whole complex is dirty and smelly. The rooms, although with recent furnishings are very dirty. Dirty safes, sheets are probably not changed by changing customers. In one room I even found the stew of the previous guests, as well as food (eggs, tuna....) in the kitchen area.

Weight

Positive: Very close to the center, it has its own parking, although small. Large rooms with small kitchen. Negative: It is not a hotel, so it has no reception, services or staff. To contact someone, you have to call a telephone that manages several apartments in the city, and wait for someone to show up for maintenance.

Comfortable and close to the center.

I would highly recommend this place for the budget traveler. It's ideally located right close to all major sights in the center of the city, is easy to access via public transit, and is walking distance from the main train station. One major downfall is that there is no reception, so if you have any questions or concerns, or you room key stops working, you're out of luck. There is a bar on the corner of the street that you have to go to in order to pick up your key - but they kindly informed me that they 'aren't a reception' when I was having trouble with my key. To check in, they telephoned someone who told them which key to give me. They advertise free wifi online, however, because there is no reception we were never given a password. With that being said, we felt safe, the room was very clean, comfortable and a decent size, and you're sort of left to your own devices, which may appeal to some, but not others.

Recommended for the Budget Traveler

This is my third time staying at this hotel and I think I'll pick it up for a fourth time as well. The location is excellent, it allows you to reach Marienplatz by walking for a few minutes. The interior car seat is very convenient. This was my third stay here and I have to admit, however, that the cleanliness and care of the room deteriorate with every stay in this facility.

Great location, very close to hand

the hotel/appartments are centrally located, the single room was nice, with small balcony, clean room, with small kitchen. everything you need for short stay. should not complain. but as there was a holiday at the day of arrival, nobody was at the reception, so i had to call and they explained in which bar i get the key. as i left early and reception did not work, i did not know where to leave the key... really not good organised. even if they had free Wifi, as i never got in contact with receprion, i never could use the service. The hotel is nice, but the service was a bit confusing.

confusing stay

This hotel is over priced and not worth once cent... The decor is way outdated and very dirty! We had no toilet paper and couldn't get any, the sheets were stained, pillows about 20 years old, noisy bed, stains all over the walls, exposed wires, lights not working... Really a dump...... I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Disgusting

A bigger hotel room with a (hidden) kitchen, all rooms with balcony, small bathroom, room clean, whole building a litte "done" but super centrally located just 10 Minutes walking to Marienplatz and 2 Minutes to Sendlinger Tor. Close to very nice restaurants, bars and cafés For people who do not need the service of a hotel, but need a fridge and a coffée maker in the room - and who will enjoy the nice neighbourhood.
