The house is located in a very quiet residential area on the edge of Nymphenburg Castle Park. Currently the reception is almost contactless, the key is deposited, breakfast is not available at the moment. My room (20) was very spacious, double bed, 3 seats, desk with chair and TV, you can stay well, because at the moment the entire gastronomy is still closed. The safe is large enough for a laptop. The bathroom with windows seems to be very new, small but absolutely clean and purposeful. A fountain and several plunger docks are in front, a soap dispenser in the sink too, shower and shampoo but not one. The WLAN grill.

Good alternative to standard hotels

The room was nice, the breakfast was really good, but the way I was treated by the hotel owner is not quite right. I had booked a short vacation with 3 nights. After the second night we had to find out in the morning that the neighbouring rooms had been extensively renovated. (Bohrhammer - apparently the bathrooms were renovated.) When I was asked why I wasn't informed, I got the answer why I was still there anyway - all the other guests would have already left. Needless to say, I left and of course the remaining night wasn't refunded. If someone deals like this with his guests, he should look for another job!!!

I can 't do that!

Second visit in this hotel and still pretty happy with it. Good quality for the price, good wifi, very quiet, far above average breakfast quality and easy parking. On the minus side: Check out time is a bit too early, shades inefficient and room cleaning could be better.Recommended nevertheless. 

Still good

The hotel is a little old, but it's still in good shape. No shower items in the bathroom. Very good and rich breakfast. It's very close to the subway. It's a few minutes' walk away. Parking is rather difficult.

Hotel near S-Bahn

A nice villa with a garden and nice rooms, very quiet area a few kilometers from the highway and very close to the train station that leads to the center.

A great base for visiting Munich

A very cozy small family hotel lost in a suburb close to the Nymphenburg castle. Rooms are clean comfortable, quiet and welcoming, the owners discret and efficient and the breakfast is clearly one level or two above average. All this for a very friendly price. Highly recommended but of course only if you have a special interest for this part of town as the location is not so convenient for a “regular” tourist wishing to discover the city center (although a S Bahn station is nearby).

Hidden gem

Although the internet explicitly advertised that the house had parking spaces, this was indicated when booking, there was no room at the time of arrival and O-Ton There would be no room for an SUV anyway. Then you should not advertise on the internet because that was one of the reasons for booking in this house. Otherwise, the reception was reserved kindly. You can do this, but you don't have to. A little bit more hearty would have been possible. The room was quite big enough for a single room, the furnishings a little outdated, the bathroom is tiny and also a little old. The breakfast was very rich and lovingly prepared and it tasted a little more for every taste.

Parking area: incorrect sign

I booked the hotel through Booking.com because it was explicitly listed as a hotel that allows dogs. When I arrived with a toddler and dog, I was received by the hotel staff before entering the hotel with the notice that there is no room with a dog. After booking through Booking.com, I and my family were told that there is no room despite booking confirmation. The sound of the hotel staff was subterranean to almost offensive. Something like this has never happened to me in a hotel before. Such behavior towards a guest is just incomprehensible and makes you sad. Here, obviously, not only has the hotel staff completely lost their decency, but I can also completely miss the job. I simply miss a booking in this hotel.

Never again

We stayed two nights here - lovely house with very nice garden. Breakfasts were excellent and host was informative and very pleasant. Our room was on the first floor (second to Americans) and had to lug suitcases up stairs. Room was very comfortable, very clean and up-to-date. Hotel is also located just off main S-bahn line. We visited Dachau and the city center and left city via bus. All very simple to get to - no changes of s-bahn. We had a challenge finding a restaurant close by that spoke English (can't read handwritten German) but ended up having picnic dinner from local grocery store in the garden. I stayed with my 16 yo daughter. Probably not the best for small children.

Wonderful visit

Blotti in a small quiet neighbourhood, less than 5 minutes from the A8 motorway (west of the city), this small hotel has everything to enjoy. It feels so comfortable and the owners are very pleasant. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is just fabulous with a nice garden as a bonus. Wifi, mini safe and mini bar adds even more. Parking options are a little limited in front of the hotel (be careful to respect the signs at certain hours/days under fire), but the adjacent streets are accessible. Quality/price ratio at the top for the area.
