The apartment hotel is a little out of the way, clean and quiet. The breakfast is ok. The staff is correct. The hotel is probably more for craftsmen assembling and people passing through than for vacationers. The elevator apparently there is not usable for hotel guests, so the suitcases have to be dragged up the steep stairs - bad.

I'm not going to lie.

Internet speed sufficient if it's not fully booked. beds a bit by located furnishings from the early 90s felt room size ok staff is nice and helpful.

Ordinary rooms and decent breakfast...ideal for short trips around Munich...clean and friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and have always felt very welcome.
The rooms are lovely - spacious and very clean.
There is a good bus connection into Munich on the doorstep and even a little lake within walking distance.

Lovely, spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful owners

Since I often drive from Switzerland to Munich, I often go to the Ferchenhof. It is outside of Munich, but it is still super situated and I don't have to drive to the city. By taxi you are in about 15 minutes in the centre and it's not that expensive. You can also drive by bus and train, it takes a little longer but it's cheaper ;) In the Ferchenhof the apartments are clean, not too small and with small kitchenettes. The TV is a little in the years, but it works, the beds are narrow, the bathroom I think is great, but the light is a little bloody if you have to get dressed. I recommend the Ferchenhof perfectly because it's for a short stay and the staff is very helpful and available.

Perfect for a short stay.

We were looking for a hotel near Allach, which is still halfway affordable and offers some amenities. Here we noticed the Ferchenhof Apartments. At first glance in the pictures an acceptable stay. Location: fairly far outside, between various farms, although close to Krauss Maffei - not our destination - and relatively close to Allach. Parking spaces were available sufficiently. But it was more likely that the hotel was not booked. Rooms: cargo, with a Uralt TV, bed at the door (although I did not give me a bed at the reservation, but it was very convenient to use in the early stages of every room.

The price is right, but...

excellent choice for visiting monaco munich .. a bit out of town (about 10 minutes by car), but very quiet and very clean ... the Owner is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen functional and comfortable ... the space of the apartment is large and the furniture is new, free parking ... would recommend staying here if you have a car ...

Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. They even have kitchenette and everything for a long stay. 
Unfortunately I can't write a completely positive review for those reasons: 
1. There was a mess with our booking, we asked for additional beds in some rooms + one additional room, we put it down written to avoid misunderstandings, however we were not understood correctly and that caused some problems. We had a discount on the final bill.  
2. Breakfast is not the best. 
3. Last morning (sunday) it was difficult to set hot/cold water in the shower. 
4. it is more a "Apartment" than a hotel, outside office hours there is usually no reception. 
However I can really advice the stay in this hotel if you need a spacious and comfortable room. It is outside from the city centre, if you have a car you can go to the subway station Feldmoching (10 minutes from the hotel), leave the car there (parking fee is 1 € per day) and ride the subway for 20 minutes to the city centre.

We had a discount on the final bill. 2. Breakfast is not the best. 3. Last morning (Sunday) it was difficult to adjust hot/cold water to the rain rate. 4. It is more of an apartment than a hotel, outside business hours there is usually no reception. However, I can really advise you to stay in this hotel if you need a spacious room and a comfortable metro outside the city center.
