Everything is great! Good location, modern like all Motel One houses, great view from the rooftop bar on the 12th floor, definitely worth a visit! Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, at least the entrance to the underground garage you could complain, with a Touareg or something like that it could get very narrow. In short: always a very good choice, price-performance top!

Motel One is a safe bank, as always. The beds are top, staff friendly and everything is top clean. I went to the meadow and only slept there. But it was mega. Breakfast, as always, complete and without snacks.

Service is zero, reception is zero, but it's not the same as when we tried to cancel the hotel, unfortunately, the room is not ready, staff is overloaded, service is zero.

Service Desert

A Motel One like we're used to. Clean rooms, appealing optics all over the house, good public connections. Not very large, but modern, clean and visually appealing. Not exactly in a pedestrian zone, but with good connections. We went to the Pink Concert, and the tram to the subway was just around the corner. Parking places may have been a little scarce, but we were lucky enough to even find a free price. Motel One rooms may or may not be available. We're one of those people who like them:-). Not very large, but modern, clean and visually appealing. We don't mind that you spend a little storage space and you don't mind packing the suitcase.

Our favourite hotel chain travels to cities

Nice hotel, well-known standard. Nice lobby area, plenty of seating. Two pillows, unfortunately both very (too) hard. And at the otherwise lavish breakfast buffet, I miss a cereal without sugar (fruits or grains).

The reception or check-in was quick and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Breakfast is fine and sufficient. The bar on the top floor is TOP.

Good hotel in business area, clean and well organized. The rooms are not huge but they are very well structured, the bathroom is spacious. The buffet breakfast is great, there is a lot of variety, even for vegetarian and vegan people. The hall is very nice and you can order drinks or some snacks. The place is very honest, the structure is not in the central area but if for work or convenience the business area does your case it is one of the best solutions.

The reception staff is bad, specially the team that works in the mornings.
They dont speak English, also they are not well trained.
They refuse to check information and to help you with basic client needs.

Bad service

This hotel is suitable for both business and budget travellers. The rooms are small, clean and functional but if you are looking for a romantic getaway you may want to go more upmarket and further into town. The hotel's main highlight is the rooftop bar, which is worth a visit for the view alone and well-frequented even during the week. We didn't book breakfast or eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Good value hotel frequented by business travellers

I stayed for a long weekend at this motel, the first impact is definitely pleasant with a nice hall and a very nice and well furnished bar space, but the good news ends here.At the reception I find a guy thrown there almost by accident who had no idea what he was doing so much it's true that my check in lasted about 20 minutes, I go up to the room (I had booked a double even though I was alone) and I find myself in a narrow space where I can barely put my suitcase, no closet no dresser no drawer and in the bathroom there is no bidet.
