Quiet charming resting Close to any home charming lunch excellent terrace rooms with terrace impeccable cleanliness decoration year round but everything is very comfortable garden oasis perfectly maintained counselor

The hotel was quickly found,parked in the yard,although the car was also parked behind the fence by the guests.The first impression was a nice-all green,beautiful,summer pitch,tennis table, lying on the lawn.We were also quickly settled,pleasant admin.The room was taken on the 2nd floor,thinking that if the hotel was nice and the area was nice,then the room should be suitable,but no🙄 Room...where to leave things was in the hallway.In the small room everything was very old,the setting in general,but there was a refrigerator and glasses/cups,and also a big,small,white-colored bed,a nice balcony on the balcony room.

Close to Balaton Island

We liked it very well. We were welcomed in German and very kindly... the rooms were clean and comfortable... the bed was the blast, I rarely slept so well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners were always trying to answer all the questions... again and again.

Nice quiet hotel.

I just passed by this property being on a business trip. 
The place is swarming with vegetation , which is a must have on highly sunny days. 
The inner yard has a terrace where you can serve delicious food. 
Parking places outside and in the yard. May not be enough for all guests, but in current times does not seem to be very occupied. 
The room is well maintained and clean. i only had trouble with the main lamp, which was a bit too low for my height. next time i will be more careful :-)

quiet place

We enjoyed the hotel garden environment. The hotel is not the latest design but offers a peaceful location and friendly personnel. It is located quite close to the Balaton lake. Staying here in May guaranteed not a busy season with a few tourists around.

Hotel with a great garden

Overall, it's in the middle. The rooms are very spacious, but the bathroom is windowless. The garden is lovely. The breakfast is great. My mother and I are both celiacs, and at the time of booking we introduced him asking if we could have a gluten-free breakfast, and they answered positively. It's a pity that in the morning we reminded the lady in the living room and she didn't even know what gluten was. Speaking very little English, she showed us corn cookies, and then she took them away.

The rooms on the four are two huge rooms, a good clean bathroom, a decent size refrigerator, no minibar. Modern TVs. What channels there are - I won't say, not included. We can get out of the room straight to a small furnished terrace in the inner courtyard, where there is a children's coffee shop, bunk beds, years of looking for a restaurant. It's very convenient and thoughtful all in one room. The location is also very convenient at a very convenient price - it's about 5-7 minutes to go to the lake.

Everything was wonderful at the Kentaur except the shower was EXTREMELY small. Great complimentary breakfast, great family run restaurant and hotel. Easy access to the lake as well. Def would recommend it to everyone. 

Only thing that would make it better was if the had a pool! LOL

Hotel, rooms, breakfast and even restaurant in the evening the same good quality and kindness hotel management receives you very friendly and is always ready for any questions.

Since almost all the hotels in Sifok nearby are rather mediocre, this is a real pearl,

Friendly family hotel, the lady owner has several languages and was always available and helpful whatever the hour! All staff apart from (one rather grumpy waitress) were very helpful and we were very impressed with the cleaning teams - even taking long brushes to clean around the ceiling of balconies etc.

Attractive en suite room with balcony overlooking the attractive garden - which mainly large trees. 

Pleasant to eat breakfast outside. Breakfast was the same every day but a reasonable selection. Hot drinks from a machine (and all written in Hungarian) but by experimenting we found one we liked but we would have liked a real coffee machine. There was also an onsite restaurant which served mainly grilled dishes, and a bar. 

In peaceful area but only a short walk to the lake.

Excellent wifi. Good a/c which was very important as it was in the high 30s when we were there.

Free parking on the street was fine, though guests could also pay to park in a locked area.

With a car, the busy Siófok town and all other areas were easily accessed. Lots of little areas by the lake with cafés and restaurants.

NB If driving back to the airport for a flight, allow plenty of time as the Budapest ring road gets very busy.
