The place is nearly perfect. To be honest the pie is the best I have ever gotten. Very gentile and always helpful the host. Very peaceful the location. Only 5 minutes to the city center. And the host lives very near.

Cannot be better

This b&b is located a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Immersed in the greenery on a hill above the city the structure has a common area (leaving and kitchen) on the ground floor while the rooms are on the upper floors. ATTENTION / the rooms do not have a private bathroom as erroneously indicated on the booking sites. The bathroom is in common.

Tranquility within walking distance of the centre

Charming villa on the hills immediately outside Ascoli, immersed in the tranquility of nature; courtesy and availability from Mrs. Carla with her exquisite breakfast cakes and her husband Mr. Piero who kindly gave us his barbecue to celebrate the last evening with a mega grill.

The weekend at Ascoli Piceno

For the second time I chose this little b&b for my vacation in Ascoli Piceno and I have to say that as usual I found myself very well... a great place both as a location (((near the center but in the middle of the countryside) and for the managers who are always kind and available. This year I traveled not only with my dog but also with my baby who is just over a year old and we found ourselves really well. I would come back a thousand times more! The only sin if I really have to find it, is the Wi-Fi is very functional.. but you can't do without it very well😂

Pleasant as always

A great-priced B&B two kilometers from downtown, with a beautiful view and comfortable rooms, very available owners, a great place to stay for a few days.

It's a nice place.

Little BB with only 2 bedrooms 2 km from the center of Ascoli. Excellent price, impeccable cleanliness, very courteous owners. Excellent breakfast, with many organic products grown directly on site! Attention to the number of seats but: we booked on Hotel.com reporting that we were in 4, but when we got to BB we found out that there were only 3 seats. For one night, having a 5-year-old child, we got away with it, but the annoyance was great. Besides, the owners blamed the site, while the site says that the responsibility is the owners.

Very friendly owners, but there was no bed!

We rented two bedrooms for Easter and that meant we had the entire apartment for us. It was so homey! Mrs. Carla prepared homemade pie and pastries for breakfast. She's really polite and makes your stay memorable. We got the chance to taste homemade olive oil, homemade jams and honey. 

I must disclose, I was with all Italian speaking people, so communication was easy. However, there were indications written in English so I guess that shouldn't be a problem. I totally recommend this place. Excellent service at very low cost!
