I had the opportunity to return to this facility in Isernia and have another confirmation of the continuous work of the family owners to always offer a better service in a complex that offers so much potential.

A confirmation on every level.

Disappointed! I've never eaten so badly in my whole life at a wedding! I've realized that you treat customers differently and that's not fair! Quality should be for everyone and not for a few! It's not the first time I happen to eat so badly! When you come to dinner, there's nothing to say, but the ceremonies are not for you if that's what you propose!

I just liked the fruit!

Comfortable hotel, friendly and competent staff, excellent restaurant, super refined both in service and presentation of the original and cured dishes, very careful preparing the table for our small group.

Comfortable with a super refined restaurant

I stayed at this hotel for work, washing with holes and strong scrubs, shampoo not provided, aesthetics of the rooms very dated and poor cleanliness. It's also difficult to maneuver with the car both in front of the entrance and in the garage because of the narrow space.

Old and Revised

In Molise, especially in the interior of Isernia, it is not easy to find four-star hotels. In the city there are many Bed & Breakfast, small accommodation but not hotel but this. It is a typical hotel convention center a little dated and on a provincial road. The furniture is old but everything is clean and efficient. Breakfast in the average, Wi-Fi a little weak in the rooms, stronger in the common areas.

Pessimo place to stay. The structure is steeped in the smell of cigarette smoke that probably dates back to an adjacent playroom. Fatiguing rooms (and it's a compliment!) old style. Incredibly high price! Dirty bathrooms with shower faucet encrusted for decades. Clogged sink with special glue and associated faucetry! In short, experience not to be repeated at all. In the second reserved room (a triple) that has been changed by giving us a suite there are two single camping beds! Breakfast is at the positive limit.

Pessimo place to stay

It's certainly a long-standing reference, I'd say almost historical. Great location. Dated but comfortable rooms, good cleanliness. Simple but good quality restaurant from pizza to great meat. Ideal for pre-work stays.

Working accommodation with good restaurant

It is located in a strategic location on the outskirts of Isernia Nord, with parking, restaurant, bar/tobacco. Gentle and welcoming staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.

This hotel is only saved by the courtesy of the cleaning ladies and the breakfast. The rest is a bad experience never to be repeated again!!!! Large rooms but with many flaws, like cigarette signs off on the bathroom floors, a tilting toilet table, a bathtub that lost parts of accessories, very uncomfortable beds. WI-FI not working in the room, and the password given to us by the staff about it, correctly typed several times, never worked.

Never again!

First time in this hotel. a compliment to the service waiter, maître, very kind, courteous and ready to meet the customer. i can't judge if breakfast, lunch or dinner deserves the highest score. all good motor made with the right composition and measurement of quality ingredients. i think it's the same for the pizza inside the restaurant that i couldn't taste, it will be for another time. the rooms would still have to be rearranged for some small inconvenience and even refreshed. good cleanliness anyway!
