The heater at the maximum prevented us from resting the night due to the too hot despite the window being open (and outside the thermometer was -2). Steep and dark stairs, at the entrance cyanfrusagles that do not make good hope. A frying smell for the whole building that comes from the restaurant on the ground floor and left us on the clothes.

A night in the Caribbean

As by agreement with Mrs. Agnese, owner of the b&b I expected to find 2 beds in the same room, a shared bathroom with my friend, instead of our arrival after 4 hours of travel I found an unsolicited double bed (but step...) and a cot in a basement at the end of a staircase with a loft so low that it touches the face of the person who was running. Room didn't want to test air conditioning (informed) the owner had promised that she would make us find a 'penguin' to refresh the environment instead of anything of this at our arrival because my mother was using the table in the next room. After a couple of hours of my clients were tired but still disappointed about everything we found was delivered to us.

One night at the Passerotto.

We received the "roof room". Trust me... we had no doors!!! Just an easy gate for limiting our room space! Please keep away from this uncomfortable place. Booking.com, or any other similar tool, should not let people advertise their business without making sure they satisfy at least some BASIC service. Very irritating. I would give MINUS five stars if possible.

Extremely well refurbished place with the style. Great surroundings and friendly personnel. Nice restaurant with good typical Italian food. 
Close to airport, so there is some noice by the airplanes. At summertime the room may be quite warm. Wifi missing.

Unique place to stay close to Airport

Amina (the owner) and her staffs are very friendly and helpful even though they don't speak English. This accommodation has their own restaurant downstairs which serves very delicious Italian food. However, breakfast included is just a piece of croissant and a cup of coffee which very few for us. Room and the entire building itself is lovely and decorated with antique style. Would be perfect if they're more careful about the cleanness as we found some hairs in the bathroom and smelly bed sheet. The hamlet nearby is also very attractive with beautiful houses, feels like inside the movie

NO WIFI in the room. 4) No hot drinks for breakfast. They warned me that in the morning they would be available to make us something hot until 9am. I went down to the restaurant at 8.40am. Everything was already closed.

discomfort and (expensive) hospitality in the B&B

We didn't feel welcome, the host was leaving on vacation the next day, she told us: - That it was not possible to take breakfast on site and we paid 5 euros (for two) - That we had to leave as soon as possible (8h), it was necessary to negotiate to leave at 9h. She kept the keys until we had accepted 9h without leaving the suitcases Impossible to leave the suitcases, she proposed to visit Ostia Antica with our suitcases! To avoid / To avoid

I happened to be in this restaurant, I was struck by the cozy and very nice atmosphere of the square. I read the menu and it immediately seemed inviting so I bet on the goodness of the dishes. We had fish snack, a rice Venere with salmon and zucchini, a spaghetti with vongole and Catalan cream. All right, the Catalan cream a show!!!

A big thanks again to the whole team. Everything was just amazing. If you're looking for a cozy bed and breakfast close to Rome, this is the place to be. The owners are the friendliest hosts ever. We also had a very delicious dinner in the restaurant. Very typical and fresh food. Last but not least my wife forgot here brand new jacket in the wardrobe when we left. They sent it to Germany a few weeks later. Fantastic! Very generous and polite gesture. Thanks again and we will definitely come back. Ciao family Baum  

Superb! Meraviglioso! 

It's nice and surprising. The private space is large and clean. The room is normal size. It's a small shower escape room. The owner of the room runs a restaurant.
